Sorry to say but as a caregiver one should be able to communicate well sa inaalagaan nila. Lowering the language requirement will just have a lot of negative effect. Mas maaabuso ang mga pilipino kung di sila marunong umintindi sa mga inaalagaan nila. Maraming educated na sa panahon ngayon. And maraming caregiver na kayang makaqualify sa requirement kaya bakit nila kailangan babaan ang standard?
