I am 38 and my skin is pretty "normal" with no dryness or particular oily areas. I do have early signs of aging like fine lines/texture, as well as some sun damage and REDNESS!
I don't use fake tan, but I get very tan naturally in the summer as I have an olive undertone so my face is often a LOT lighter than my body, because I keep my face very well protected to keep my melasma under control and signs of aging at bay!

Ordered my highlighter!! Thank you for posting so quickly 🙂. I'm over the moon she made a LIGHT COOL TONED highlighter!!! 🤍🤍🤍 It's so hard to find light enough products that aren't too yellow, gold, peach or just pink. Now to get a nude lip that doesn't pull peach, brown or tan on cool-tone skin... Thanks for sharing 🤍

After getting it wrong so many times I've become inspector Clouseau of cool-toned lipsticks 🧐 the swatch of that shade shows orange on Sephora & swatched next to Pillow Talk (which has shows up too brown on me) makes it look even more tan than PT?! But if you feel it's a true cool-tone I will try it!! Thanks so much for letting me know 🤍 the struggle is real, I appreciate the help 💞

For lipstick I recommend either ABH in Praline or my personal favorite ND Amorosa. You should also check out the videos from Kackie Loves Beauty or Hannah Louise Poston on Gucci lipstick in Lorna Dune.

The quad even though I was disappointed with the basic packaging it definitely is an upgrade from the first pillow talk which has like no pigment whatsoever at least on my skin tone. A very pretty rosey brown look

omg, when i saw the the title i was like “no way did she get her order already?!?!” the highlighters are truly beautiful and with my medium/cool skin tone i would definitely go with the lighter one. that quad is gorgeous!!! she might be my very first CT palette, and i still want the pillowtalk highlighter wand. you’re absolutely beautiful. 💖💖💖

Thank you for the review! I love Charlotte Tilbury but I am not sure if I will get the quad. It looks lovely and beautiful on your eyes and It is very tempting but as you say the colors are similar to other quads. Maybe they look similar to the darling eyes palette? I am not sure.

I just want a fire rose collection with the eyeshadow as a 6 pan with more mattes for versatility. I still plan to picking these up when they release in oz in store today. I want those highlights and appreciate the shadows are metallics and not the glitter pop.

This is exactly what I was looking for!!! I ordered both the Romance Light and the Dream light highlighters. I have not found a highlighter that compares to the estee lauder(can't remember the name) very popular highlighter from about 10 years ago and the Dream light looked to be similar. However since I don't own a highlighter at all, I decided to get both as I love CT products and I think both shades will be useful! I'm skipping the quad as I think I can recreate the same look with my Tartlette inbloom palette very easily!

The lip and cheek balms are actually really beautiful (they wear equally well on both lips and cheeks), and even last under a mask! Matilda on video is also a fan, so perhaps loving them is an Australian thing… but I’m honestly surprised they could have received unfavourable reviews.

Same! It’s a forgiving formula imo, but I heard CT actually changed the formula on the new ones coming out! Like they aren’t sticky/tacky and actually set down on the cheeks etc. I might buy one to see lol. But Julia Adams on RU-vid talks/uses them sometimes in her vids! :D

Omg this came at the perfect time because the Vib Sale is tomorrow and I'm thinking about finally getting a CT palette. I just see so many people rave about them being their favourites. Also, my favourite eyeshadow is peachy pink with a gold shift which is harder to find than one would think and I've got like 50 palettes! Pillow talk seems to be all about that colour. I find myself going back to lighter pigmentation washes of colour like Lancome rather than the heavy pigmentation of Sephora type brands, it let's the lids breathe a bit and doesn't overpower. I was considering Huda Rose Quartz but you reminded me of the CT Pillow talk palette. Decisions, decisions!

Hi charlotte , remember when i said i was saving to go on holiday , and wasn’t going to spend any money , well i weakened and yes well done it yes spent some money and bought the new highlighter ! oh i know how naughty i shouldn’t have done it but i did ! but it will look nice on my holiday ! i have all her eye quads and her holiday palettes so i don’t need the eye shadows , or lipsticks, it was the highlighters that i really wanted , so i just bought it !

This video is super helpful thank you! I planned to skip on everything but you changed my mind with the palette. I have been looking for Charlotte to do a quad without the glitter shade. I love pillow talk original, exxaggereyes and my mesmerizing maroon but I don't want that one shade so It think I am going to pick this up it looks like the perfect one and one quad. Loreal's Voluminous mascara comes in a pretty burgundy color that's a similar shade as Charlotte Tilbury's new one. It's one of my favorites.I thought the "deeper" highlighter would work for me. Dream light looks pretty on you so not sure if it would be too light for me.Thanks for the comparisons! I have similar colors eye shadows but it's really pretty.

On the other hand I ordered some lipsticks from PML second Bridgerton Collection last week and 🦗 crickets…. Lol. Hopefully it will be worth the wait. I know how you feel about the shipping timeline of PML. Can’t argue with you about that.

I wouldn’t mind trying the mascara, I always used to wear brown mascara and eye liner because it is complimentary for blue eyes. My eyes are really grey but I did always like the way it looked. I did try the order on the palette once and it did work quite well but same same.

i loove the shadow quad but i just purchased a quad from Pat Mcgrath Labs and it is almost the same well very similar colors ! i wear them to work now so nice having a eyeshadow changeup i need to check out her other new items these look a bit like pat mcgrath do they blend as well too i dont own any charlotte tilbury yet!😱

Hi Charlotte! Thank you as always for your honest review! I already own the “longer” Pillow Talk palette and some shades are very very similar to the ones you showed us today. Hi Charlotte, thank you for your video introduction to this new release. I would be interested in a follow up video on how you've been wearing the highlighters once you've had some time with them. I ordered the two highlighters with my early access. I'll wait for a sale to purchase the quad and upcoming Colour Chameleon in PT. In a past release, I purchased the cream blush Colour of Dreams and I found it disappointing, especially when compared to the higher quality CT x Norman Parkinson Colour of Yourh, which is my holy grail for cream blush. I ordered the lighter highlighter and the pillow talk beauty wand but now I’m regretting not getting the quad 😢 glad I watched this as I was wondering about the darker highlighter but I’m so glad I didn’t as I’m only shade 2 in CT foundations and it would be way too dark xx

I think her new color mascara is fantastic for blue eyes, green, and brown! I wear sterling gray contacts to see and I can choose colors. I always wanted blue tone in my eyes to use the maroon, deeper reds, burgundy, and lime red wine as you said. I think girl stop having a fixed mindset cuz you’re not a black mascara ONLY girl! Like try something new! I’m telling you black mascara May be comfortable and ur norm but the berry shade of mascara I’m thinking of getting & i rarely buy mascaras. It is hard to find deep, sultry, perfect mix of brown and deep berry or wine tones. When I do find them they’re usually sold out.

Well I got brushes but the 13 that I wanted is out of stock singularity but included in the eye set. Since I can't stretch to that (along with other makeup I've just ordered 🤦‍♀️) I've just got the others -but saved a lot of money, so thanks 😉 xx

Hi Charlotte , i am afraid i have almost all charlotte quads and i doubt i need to buy this one as beautiful as it is , i absolutely don’t do my shadows as charlotte suggests i do my own thing too , i have almost all her products , so i think i have everything i need , i do like blue mascara other than black but i just tend to stick to those two , i absolutely adore charlotte Tilbury products , however i feel there is nothing i need desperately as i keep harping on about my holiday that must come first otherwise buying makeup is fine but no where to wear them ! ibought the gorgeous collection at christmas so i dont feel that anything will add to my collection, i have all her holiday palettes so i have all her shades to play with , i must admit her highlights look stunning , but i must not be drawn in to her gorgeous packages which are truly stunning , but not must be strong ! and think of that and think of the hot sun on my old bones dipping into the blue sea , where no makeup is needed ! yes gotmy head back on and no i have all her other products and no i dont need them, i have everything i need ! my love liz xxxx
