Love your vids Daryl! On average how long does it take you to setup your Humpter B3 for your gigs. Debating on purchasing that or a max or Bunn type of booth. I know you use the pedal board to help with some prewiring. Just trying to figure out what furniture to purchase without increasing setup time.
To be honest, I'm going to be using the RTP gos as my daily drivers, they're so darn compact. But, for bigger setups, I will be using both sets, so 4 totems in total.
Great video i have the rockville 8ft totems. Love it to go with my original rockville totems. I wrote the different heights with a permanent marker so i know what height i am setting up. Curious about these lights no sure im sold yet. Waiting to see the final product with the both battery operated version. Thanks again
Just noticed the movers aren't bolted down on the totems. Any concern they'll get bumped and fall off? I've been trying to figure out a fast set up solution for my movers and the issue of bolting them to a base plate or gravity stand has always been an issue for workflow
I actually brought motorcycle straps to attach thru handles to top of totem, but after testing it, and knowing this venue, I wasn't worried about them falling off. If they weren't right next to me and the baseplate wasn't snug under my speaker and booth, I probably would have done that
would you explain how you are transporting the totems? I am doing something similar by not having the bottom plates on and I had a cover made to protect them. Love your videos!
I had the EON One Pro and it was probably one of the best speakers I have ever owned. I wish JBL didn't abandon it otherwise I wouldn't have sold both of mine. Finding a battery and someone to service it was impossible.
I can speak to this. I own 2 and replaced one of the batteries for $400. I like the features of the mk2 but the user ability of the mk1 is so much easier. I keep asking myself what will do when the time comes to replace them. As of now there’s no standout option. Anyhow what I’ve done is attach my wireless microphone system on the side of the top column with Velcro. This keeps the receiver in line of sight of the transmitter. I run it all battery powered to with a small power pack and an iPad via a cable like you do.
