Taking a moment to talk about how HARD it was for me to film & edit this video. I had the worst anxiety yesterday & I paused filming this video twice just to scream & cry. I had so many racing thoughts I couldn’t even form sentences correctly... I can’t even explain it to you because it came out of no where for no reason. Anxiety will do that sometimes. It took me a lot longer to edit this because I stuttered A LOT more than I usually do. Anyway hahah super random but I just wanted to let you know, we all have days where we just wanna scream and cry & that’s ok. Life is about pushing through them though. I love you guys and I hope you enjoy this video!!! Regardless of all the jump cuts lol
You being vocal about your anxiety is one of the reasons I came to term with my mental health issues and (FINALLY) went to therapy.. thank you for being you. ❤️

Girl, IT IS OK. Dont ever push yourself to film something if you are not feeling like it. We know you are only human. It is ok, we are all going through the same thing someway or the other. I hope this draws a smile on your face, love you!
Kathleen, after years of struggling with anxiety I finally called and set up my first appointment for counseling today. I’m so scared but hopefully it will help. Thank you for being an inspiration to me throughout the years and helping me not feel so alone. The more I hear about it and talk about it, the easier it seems to get ❤️
You won’t regret it! I pray you find a counselor that truly is right for you!! I learned so much through cognitive behavioral therapy. And I don’t regret the hours spent with my therapist. You’re taking the first step, and that’s the hardest and most important step, I’m so happy for you!!

Thank you for sharing your mental health struggles- this is a topic that touches everyone in some way. I went to therapy last summer to address some anxiety and other things that I have struggled with for my life- it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made and I encourage everyone to try out therapy! As a Pisces, I felt and sensed your energy the entire time. It just did not feel like you at all. Thank you for sharing this, Kathleen. I had the worst anxiety attack this weekend. I vomitted twice, couldn’t eat, couldn’t sleep, lost five pounds doing nothing (not in a good way though). And sometimes the social media world just looks so perfect and you wonder why you’re not in it. You know what I mean? But when people you look up to share their hardships and anxiety, you realize that you’re not alone and-just like you-people don’t always have their shit together.
I can totally relate to the anxiety you were feeling while filming. It happens to me more than I like to admit, and a lot of times I just have to stop filming :( Glad you were still able to post though!

No glitter, but blinding wet sheen? Sign me up. And now blush sticks! I love cream blush Thing is, I've already got a Korean cream blush and two lovely drugstore liquid blushes that I need to pan beforehand, so maybe I'll place my colourpop order in a year or so

Anxiety sucks I’ve absolutely had days like that. Hope your feeling better!! I bought the call me big poppy set last night and I’m so glad to hear it’s your favorite cause I wanted like all of them but couldn’t get them all. I also picked up More is More for a pink but went back and forth between that and Wallaby.
I definitely want to try these but wanted to see a couple of reviews on them to decide which colors to get. I really appreciated your ideas on the highlighters. I will probably get the highlighter in the rose collection and use it as a blush because I have very porcelain skin and love the juicy non glittery look!
I use silicon sponges for creme blush & highlighter. They just tap on so nicely & they are super easy to travel with. If the blend isn't what I want, I just tap/blend it out w/a blending sponge. I also use them for applying rinse off masks from the jar so I don't have to put my fingers in there. I really like that you can wash them easily to keep my skin from breaking out and they are a great multi purpose tool for me, but I kno a lot of people don't like them. I really feel like it's a tool worth experimenting with since they last forever and you don't have to keep replacing them, so less waste of product and less beauty waste for the landfill,
