I used the same builder and same Roanoke model up near Richmond Virginia. This was exactly our process too. This was my 3rd new build but Eastwood made it simple.
I have some footage of a basement build sprinkled throughout my channel but this is the first time I did a full "start to finish" video. Maybe I can start piecing it together for a future video.
@@AsheTheRealtor I meant in real life, not your videos! I love your videos and how attentive you are to your clients. I would love to be able to build a house with a basement in the Charlotte area. Hmmm, I actually don’t know why really. My basement in CT has our family room and the laundry room, which both are on the second floor of this house in your video. So I guess I don’t really need a basement, maybe I feel like I would be missing the extra space. When my husband and I are ready to move to CLT, we are going to get in touch with you!
