Having a 4 bedroom for under 300k is nice and sometimes the builder will sacrifice storage for an extra bedroom and not add sqft to keep costs low. The laundry is big enough to add storage cabinets and shelving. Thanks for your feedback!
Hey, quick question. On the video you show 7k-9k in homeowners insurance but it sounds like you say 700-900. I can't imagine it's 9k for insurance alone?
@@whyjustwhy2168 Ocala is still growing. In the next 5 years it’ll be a city with lots to do. The closest major cities is Gainesville at 1hr away, then Orlando at just over an hour away.
@@whyjustwhy2168 it’s a great place to buy now build that equity and then take that equity and purchase a home closer to the city if that’s where you want to be.
