This house doesn’t fit the neighborhood. 4 million is too much for a house with no pool and a small two car garage. I could go on and on with complaints but I will stop here. If this home sells for this price I will be shocked.

Hey, this one does have a 3 car garage. I just didn't show the 3rd one, but you can see it from the outside in the beginning.

Alpharetta and Milton command a huge premium, even more so down town. Dollar goes further at the Manor, but adds a bunch of travel time

What's going on in Georgia? 3M and I have to outfit my own master closet? I'm not a fan of the black bathroom floors, but they did an excellent job with space throughout the home.

This is a nice house, but the neighborhood is not! It's not worth spending millions of dollars on a house in a not so good-looking neighborhood. Your next-door neighbors have junk on their front lawn.🤦‍♂️🤔😒

Too much money for a home that you have to go in and customize all closets and where’s the bathtubs? And need more privacy to not have to look at the neighbors Mess, Is this best house on the block?

Custom shelving in all closets will be installed prior to closing. At least 60% of the neighborhood are new construction homes in the same price range, with some larger than this home.
