You have a beautiful home. I do have a suggestion for the basement. The workout room I think you should make that a utility/storage room because it has the water heater and other equipment housed there. The theater room should be the gym. The last large room in the basement should be the theater room. However, whatever you do it will be awesome, there is a lot of space to work with. Enjoy your new home and thanks for sharing.
