I love ❤ the first house. The bedrooms are very spacious and the light fixtures are elegant. The backyard and the pool area are great for entertaining. Just Love ❤ it.

Yes I really do , you clearly explain all the details , and some how answer questions that a person would have right there walking around with you . Again as I mentioned before your videos gives a good perspective for those of us who are nowhere near Florida, but might be looking for an idea of how things are and the landscape there .compared to other presentations I have watched ,you seem to have a knock for just giving the simple version, and not over production . Thanks again ,keep up the great work .

All 3 houses are beautiful. At one time my husband and I were planning on purchasing a home in Port St Lucie, but it was very expensive, it's worst today.

Just found your channel, I've been checking out a lot of places to live in Florida. I currently live in Seattle, WA. I have about 4 years left to retire from Boeing. Hoa fees are crazy, I've been blessed with 200 a year fee. I live on a cold of sack with 12 other houses.

The HOA is freakishly expensive! Pool has to come with the house at this price point! Taxes make it a forecloser!
