First time viewer, so I don't know what area this is in or beach access or anything like that or if in area to be developed strongly. I thought living in the PI was cheap. That Aerogaz kitchen 5-top are they gonna install an oven too? This is below average home in USA and I just could not fathom spending that much money on this place.
