Moving On is empowering teachers to deliver the course in the way they need to ✨

“Moving On is something not only I can deliver, but I can give it to someone within the care home and they can deliver it too. It’s that self-explanatory.”
Each module for Moving On is filled with activities that help young people at each stage of their learning journey. This includes an A5 module journal with a range of activities, including quizzes, mix-and-match exercises, and fill-in-the-blank tasks. Young people can demonstrate their knowledge, track their progress, and grow in confidence as they complete their journals.
Trusted adults and young people can choose to complete modules most relevant to them based on their individual situation and needs. We’ve made it more manageable by separating the content into modules, helping to facilitate learning and prevent overwhelm.
