NEW! Crayola Bold and Bright Construction Paper Crayons: Swatches and Names

In the colors of kindness pack when crayellow was introduced, it seemed a bit more orangey than dandelion when i swatched both, so i guess in the bold and bright construction paper set, because the formula was changed (maybe), the color came out different

Nice video! Innovative concept here that should open up a ton of possibilities. I wonder if there are any clues to the future direction of the mainline 24 box in the choices of colors used for this one. Comparing them some colors were replaced with others... no scarlet, apricot, or green yellow in this one, instead getting maroon, peach, and crayellow. Makes me wonder... If another retirement happens, would one of three leaving the box for crayellow be one of the three not present here? I hope scarlet stays because it's my new favorite in the 24 box with dandelion gone. Bluetiful still looks like a denim clone every time I see it. In any case, crayellow will be a welcome addition if it happens. We're sorely lacking in yellows and I can tell I like this particular shade already.

I just bought the new crayola custruction paper crayons at Wal-Mart on Friday I used my birthday money to buy them 👍

Honestly, the Bold and Bright crayons are better than the normal ones lol.

What I'm seeing on this is that this is an updated version of the Construction Paper/Gel FX crayons. I see where Crayola is coming from when they made these. However, I've noticed some things: 1) the crayons bear regular color names, which is okay, but I wish they were given fancy names -- anyway this is a "special purpose" crayon line, not a "Special Effects" one. 2) Did Crayola just wrote only "violet" on that violet (purple) crayon without the "(purple)" on it? Makes me wanna think if they'll do this on the regular crayon wrappers next. 3) The wrapper is similar to those of the Neon Crayons, but with a yellow background. It's okay, but at least it's not a colorful wrapper with silver text! I'll add these crayons to my wishlist alongside the sought-after Cosmic Crayons. I hope that you could do a comparison video of these crayons to the older Construction Crayons and the Gel FX ones. Thanks for this review, Jenny!
