New Creation Church pays tribute to Mr Lee Kuan Yew (1923 - 2015) with You First Believed

Inspired by the heart and teaching of our Senior Pastor Joseph Prince to give honour where it is due, our youth, Dominic Chin, wrote and recorded this song, You First Believed, in 2014, to publicly honour Mr Lee Kuan Yew. Mr Lee was Singapore's first prime minister who had made a tremendous difference to the success and prosperity of the country and its citizens. On Sunday, 29 March 2015, our youth and worship team performed this song as a tribute to the recently departed Mr Lee. #lky #nccsg

Thank you, Lord, for blessing Singapore and Singaporeans with visionary leaders like Mr Lee Kuan Yew, Dr Goh Keng Swee, Mr S. Rajaratnam, and many who have quietly given their strong support and made sacrifices to build us a nation where we can worship You freely, and where our families can live in peace and safety.

This anointed song brought tears to my eyes. So proud to be a NCC member and have such talents like Dominic and Jermaine shining through this darkening world. And thank you Mr Lee for your courage, perseverance and dedication to see Singapore through the tough times.... I will always remember you... see you in heaven... we have eternity for me to ask you about the pre-founding times of Singapore.... till then, RIP Mr Lee 🌹🌹🌹

I needed that good cry. I really needed that good cry. NCC, thank you for posting this tribute to Mr.Lee Kuan Yew. You guys will never know how touched and inspired I was after watching this video.
