Service of Kia needs lots of improvement many services centres in Chennai replacing parts during services especially after a year old cars this is happening many people complained and I myself faced this issues. I stopped responding Kia even though product is awesome. Not sure how Kia is going to address this issue. Usually Jeep service centres used to return the replacement parts back to customers after service.
Seltos looks too premium No one can beat seltos now Creta is looks like venue pro max If hyundai launch Indonesia-model Then no one can beat creta.. My personal opinion…!
its sad that most them never talk about the service part, which plays a important role after buying the car. Its always better to know which company provides a better overall experience. Hyundai has good track record for the customer service when compared to Kia.
For those who is thinking only creta body structure is improved....Kia seltos has also improved body structure & reinforced...it's mentioned in their product module...u may check...but no one knows that because they didn't talk about it in their launch event.!
They did talk about it. But they didnt show a model like hyundai. Its all marketing game by hyundai to balance sales between both brands. Making one product an obvious choice will harm sales the other way. By balancing they both get more customers and more profit overall.

@@xarvis6538 Yes sadly kia didn't market it properly. But it's in the model manual. I think to avoid questions about Sonet they avoided to market seltos' build upgrade.
Although both have same ground clearance which is 190mm but the approach angle of creta is good as compare to seltos which helps in tough road conditions...the main reason for me to have booked the creta.....but seltos road presence is mind blowing ❤❤
@@mohitchauhan4249 yes I have been in creta 2024 it has less storage management and cost cutting has been done in interior features Also part failure rate of hyundai products is extremely high as well as service costs are insane
Segment king creta, also the fact is that when facelift of seltos was launched, still creta previous model sales were high, hence proved. Creta is undisputed 👑

Video is to the point. My experience was also the same. I have Seltos HTX - Diesel MT variant. Just one feedback mention the variants which you are comparing because many features doesn't come in base or middle variants.
I booked both but bought seltos cvt htx due to more spacious seating, more stable driving and more transparency and helping attitude staff. Rest of the things are almost same in both. Looks are individuals choice. Loving my choice for last 2 months
Creta in deep green/black looks great. Seltos looks great in all colors. Features obviously seltos wins. For slow family drives in rural town areas creta and for younger gen people with city and highway rides , definitely seltos.
I did test drive creta is also improving day by day creta is very strong in build quality and more fun to drive and now they added more features it is better for driving ❤
Family car ke liye looks aur features se zyada comfort aur build hi matter krti hai..New Creta in dono mein segment leader hai.+ Interior quality bhi Creta ki hi zyada luxury hai.
I observe 1 thing.... Jab se creta facelift ayi hai uska wating period isse pahle ki generation jaise nahi hai paihle to 6moth to 1year company wating period bolte thai ab kya hua kam uth rahi hai ya market mai is price me option jada ho gaye hai ?
No one talking about which car will give you better resale value if in case you want to sell your car after few years. Definitely creta will get better resale value so i will go for creta.
Creta ac console looks so dated it was better in previous creta Also no mood lighting and steering also is much more premium in seltos. Seltos has dynamic cluster which looks very premium
Valid points. I got the htx+ just for the cluster and seats. Expensive but you can not get that even aftermarket. Worth the money. But my i20 sportz 2017 is more fun to drive than seltos 🥲
mere pas 2024 seltos ka facelift GTline auto model he highway par uska milage 19 to 20 rehta he aur normal road pr 14 15 deti he, service cost bhi kam rehta he, I AM SO HAPPY WITH SELTOS
So many things mentioned were completely wrong and vague for example interiors and features are better in Seltos than Creta, Seats are similar and any features included in Seltos like rain sensing wiper, all windows auto one touch etc….. Creata mileage is .5 better than Seltos though and light is better than Seltos but missing Fog lamp
I believe newer Creta has firmer body as better steel used on frame. Dont know how this compares to Seltos. In real life i like the Creta looksin some colours
I still like the Creta 2018 exterior design. I wish Hyundai stopped experimenting with funky designs for Creta and made a normal-looking car that doesn't look awful. Not only Hyundai, but all the car companies slap a funky DRL design these days. When a facelift comes out, the older model looks too old. If one thing I can change in today's cars; I would simplify headlight and backlight clusters.
Creta will definitely score 5 in safety… seltos a bit doubt… also cool gloves there in creta… air purifer is there in creta also which in inbuilt this time… only missing element is rain sense wiper, mood light and glow door buttons wheres crera has additional cool gloves and side mirror light. So no major differences… agree to the fact that crera turbo model is priced bit more by 50k but creta demanded that due to its goodwill which is slightly more than seltos. Biggest negative for both top model is absence of wireless car play.. common hyundai kia.. 23 lacs on road car has no wireless car play…😢
Both creta and seltos will score same in crash test....The new reinforcement in structure with Advanced high strength steel is exactly same in both which Hyundai is Marketed and kia not..U can find it in seltos product module.
Seltos GTX has these features over Creta SXO - UV cut glasses and windshield. 18 inch wheels. Air purifier with touch controls. Fog lamps. One touch up/down all windows.
