news laws are exactly the same as old ones, just keep the old laws and new laws side by side. The colonial identity has not been changed at all. The changes which are included could have been easily done with an amendment.

The new bills have not changed much, changes amount to less than 5 percent, so not much new for us to study. Moreover most of the provisions were already laid down by SC, in its judgement, which have been given statutory recognition now.

you have written such long reply, I have one question for you what change are you talking about?, there is literally no change at all. Changes in all 3 acts combines can be summaried in ujust 2 pages, which is what I have done. Change was necessary to ensure that police and bureaucrats are prosecuted for wrongful arrests, making laws simple i.e the language simple. new laws laws are just copy paste of old laws, in which SC judgements have been integrated, yet lalita kumari case and iother crucial cases have been ommitted. rather power of govt to arrest has been increased u/s 150 which has replaced sedition@@Priyaykanth2

सीविल प्रोशीजर कोड मे बदलाव होना बहोत जरुरी है. सी.पी.सी. 1923 का है ईसमे अमेंडमेंट होना बहोत जरुरी है. सीवील केसेस मे 10_10 साल तक कोई फैसला नहि होता है. और एक सबसे जरूरी बात है कि सी.आर.पी.सी.मे सेक्शन 41 A खारीज होना बहोत जरुरी है

Court tumhare manjoranjan ke ,liye nahi hai. Mazak bureaucracy ne bana rakha tha law ka, late submission of chargesheet, appeals against cost of even 1000, and not submitting reply in time.

Your political affiliation is clearly visible. Reasons 1. There is no way any bill/ law single handedly reduce time delay in judicial proceedings. There are many factors like lack of manpower, infrastructure etc. 2. The way you casually said about those suspended MPs. 3. The way you kept praising the present govt. A balanced approach is lacking.

@@Devils_Advocate. I agree. In all honesty, irrespective of these new acts, the judicial and court infrastructure / technology and ease of access needs a big overhaul. I would have been ecstatic if they announced acquisition of huge lands in city centres dedicated for a large number of courts, increase in number of judges to oversee cases, etc. The law isn't the real issue. The execution and enforcement of the law quickly and in swift manner is the real issue.

Thanks to British regime for giving lawful life to us by writing these laws. Because इंडियंस have no idea about law and order. We were governed by bogus मनुस्मृति and all other bogus religious acts. बीजेपी can only change order of sections and chapter the law is same as it from 1860.
