Some of the mods for this game are insane. I downloaded some mods that allow me to customize my weapons mid battle. Not to mention I mave just about any weapon you can think of.

I think to even the Odds Slightly, you'd have to Give Raven the TIE's and give Eagle the AT-TE and AT-RT Walkers and the V-wing, Y-wing, ARC-170 Starfighters and the Z-95 Headhunters as well as the LAAT/I Republic Gunships, maybe throw in the Tx-130T Saber Tanks as well just to be sure.
