That tends to be a trend with his Danganronpa series. Even in UDG, he made up the following dialogue: Monokuma: “hey, Naegi! Naegi Naegi Naegi Naegi Naegi!” Komaru: “I’m not Naegi! (She technically is)” Monokuma: “Naegi, ya got boobs! GET OVER HERE!” So, yeah. I don’t remember if he did it with Hajime, though.

You're overreacting. They aren't that much of massive spoilers. It's not like the thumbnail is showing every character that is alive in that specific chapter. I mean, Miu and Kokichi's not in this thumbnail but that doesn't mean they're dead.

Not really. Saihara being alive is a pretty massive spoiler itself, but you can see him without his hat, giving away he's the new protagonist. And even showing just one character who is still alive is too much. It's also only going to get worse as the videos go on and get to later chapters.
