If Android 13 becomes canon before Cooler im gonna be pissed. Seriously. Also as for Carmine *(Manga Spoilers Ahead)* Goku wanted to test Beast Gohan's strength. When he transported Gohan, Goten and Trunks to Beerus' planet, Carmine got transported too. 😅 The saiyans started their sparring matches. When Carmine saw how strong Goku, Gohan and the rest are, he gave up taking over the world. When Carmine is finally home to earth, he announced to his men that the Red Ribbon will turn over a new leaf, will give up world domination and will just focus on being a Pharmacy. That happened to the most recent DBS chapter prior to the hiatus. I dont think Carmine will pop up as a villain anymore.
I am not sure about this, especially since most dragon ball fans don’t even know but the people who are in charge of Dragon Ball are all having difficulties about the contributing rights of Dragon Ball
In the manga, Carmine and the soldier decided not to restore the Red Ribbon Army, and he also said that all of the resources and funding for the Red Ribbon army remains, so the Red Ribbon Army is still possible and has this looming threat in the shadows, which is cool, because it makes you think about Reb Ribbon lurking in the shadows and observing everyone from behinds the scenes and making plays and using the data for more androids and weapons, and just being a threat out there, the Red Ribbon Army would be the "Hydra" or Dragon Ball. I wish to see it come back one day, like if there are other people who give outside funding like corrupt businessmen or something like that where it allows the Red Ribbon Army to rebuild and continue opporations and just come back and be a somewhat relative threat again in this day and age. Tell me what you all think.

Carmine scared to death states "I'm abandoning the red ribbon army's cause"' "there's not a single zeni to be made in the world domination racket" and "with that fruitless nonsense behind us, ill direct all efforts towards pharmaceuticals". he dont wont no smoke.

That is actually a good idea with the Dragon Balls and Carmine making these wishes. Maybe he can do some off the walls type of stuff, like being smarter than Dr. Gero and Dr. Hedo he knows how to make androids, but he also manipulates people and makes this secret Army for himself, where... ok, for example, let's say that this is the plot: Carmine gets the Dragons balls and makes the three wishes that you talked about, and he can make androids, not only the regular androids like the gammas and 13 through 15, but he can also make humanbased androids like Android 17 and 18, and he tricks and manipulates people, like homeless people, or people who are down bad, people who are struggling to get money, some bad kids who got in trouble with school or the law or things like that and they are on the streets, either getting kicked out of their homes or something, and others that he promises to give large amounts of money to if they participate in "activities" and the participants and people that he manipulates into believing that he will help them, he takes them to the Red Ribbon Army and he turns them into androids and he also reconfigures their minds and memory banks to where they don't remember him doing that to them, but he also has inputs in them so that he can control them without them rebelling against him, and it would be a little like Bastion did to the people in X-Men 97, where he does this to so many people that he creates an army and it just seems like regular degular people whom no one will suspect, and he can see through the cameras and sensors in their eyes to spy on the Z-Fighters without them knowing and he can use them to take on the Z-Fighters, maybe he sets them up one at a time to ware out the Z-Fighters, or maybe as a last resort, like if he rebuilds the Red Ribbon Army and they take it down again, then he activates the androids of the world that he made to fight the Z-Fighters and it is hard for them, because those Androids would be innocent people who don't even know what is happening to them and Carmine is controlling them so it is hard for the Z-Fighters to actually hurt these new androids. Something like that. Tell me what you all think.
Listen I’m a huge dragon ball fan but the number one thing these movies all lack is more fighting it’s to much extra stuff going on we need more fighting less talking in these movies the fight scenes be to short and I mean to short
