Lucky8 Off-Road takes the 2020 Proud Rhino Land Rover Defender 110, Proud Rhino modified L322 Range Rover and Proud Rhino modified Discovery 5 deep into the woods of Benton, Maine to tackle epic rutted mud, snow, and ice-covered off-road trails at the annual Maine Winter Romp off-road event. Along the way we run into old friends, have a laugh and capture some great winter wheeling.
About The Event:
Winter Romp is an informal gathering of Land Rover's started by Bruce Fowler over 30 years ago. What started as a handful of friends getting together over presidents day weekend has become one of the best and biggest East Coast gatherings of Land Rover Vehicles. Coming from as far south as Atlanta and as far west as Colorado, the event challenges drivers with some classic obstacles - The Ice Wall, Powerline Hil, the Pit of Dispair - and many new ones added every year.
