This is a chapter 3 song, meaning Noelle is completely uninvolved. Toby Fox did say Lost Girl would be used even when Noelle's out of the party, so maybe the motif gets used whilst she's away too.

"Sneaking" track feels like I'm listening to R.V. Pine lol. (It is important to note that this track is not used anymore, to avoid confusion!) Also, love the inclusion of Uwa!! motif in the new Dogcheck! Toby gives so many attention to this little melody lately.

Okay, so last year, we got live action Spamton. This year, we got live action Frisk. By the time chapter 7 comes out, we'll have a whole feature film from Blumhouse Studios called Undertale: The Bite of '97.
One thing to note, even though the Sneaking theme is cancelled it can still give us insight into the game. This at least tells us that we will probably have some sort of spy section, possibly tied to the mafia men. Unless the entirety of the spy section got canned.
I like how each chapter has their own style of music and feeling! Chapter 1 - Fantasy world like music Chapter 2 - Rave and electronic music Chapter 3 - Some really funky smooth jazz
Hope they start putting unused music into the Sweet Cap'n Cakes music shop. Get some use out of that place and also keep the songs on the CDs and Vinyls.
According to the Newsletter, there was supposed to be a sneaking mechanic that would've been necessary in order to pass through certain areas (it's actually for a stealth section that was discarded). Then it was scrapped because the idea of implementing a button that makes you walk slower wasn't really that fun.
Sneaking became unused because the stealth gameplay part was scrapped. There wouldnt be a reason in the first place to add the leitmotif if it wasnt important to that part story wise. This was most likely supposed to be in the church, since rudy will go to church at some point and noelle will definitely be there with him.
my concept of how sneaking will be used: the fun gang wakes up or maybe one member of fun gang wakes up when everyone in the castle is sleeping except fun gang and they want cookies and its all the way to ralseis room and ralsei is asleep so they had to be asleep or maybe theres lots of enemies snd ralsei says "we gotta sneak to get past the enemies"
