20 g fresh yeast (¾ oz)
200 ml lukewarm milk (¾ cup + 1 tbsp)
3 tbsp sugar
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
125g butter (4½ oz)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
470 g all-purpose flour (3¾ cups)
pinch of salt
Nutella filling:
200 g Nutella (⅔ cup)
150 g 30% sour cream (⅔ cup)
cane sugar
Baking pan diameter: 27 cm x 21 cm
Bake: 180°C / 356°F 30 minutes on top/bottom heat
