New Details Prove Ace Family Is Lying About Their House 

I'm a licensed loan officer. The penalty for mortgage fraud is actually a fine of up to $1,000,000 and up to 30 years in prison. It's a federal crime.

They obviously did this for tax reasons. They would pay little to nothing in property taxes if it's used for business instead of a home.

Even if there is a retaining wall, unless there is proper drainage that water is just going pool up in one place and slowly make it’s way down into the soil allowing the water and chemicals to leech onto the surrounding mountainside. Chlorinated water is harmful to plants and kills microbes in the soil. The area of affect for their ridiculous antics are not contained within they’re property lines, they ripple outwards and negatively harm their neighbors and the ecosystem

I find it hard to believe that some unlicensed or unprofessional contractor is building a multi million dollar house or houses! Ok turns out he didn’t need a license. I know it’s bad but I love seeing the ace family go down in flames. Although they are still getting millions of views despite the fact they are proven liars/scammers. Who watches these people for their content? And the whole double the offer is full cap! The value of the house is like half of what they paid. That segment with kody on TMG is really good and he talks about the guy buying it for super cheap because the highest valued house in the area is like 2m so no one would ever pay 10m for it let alone 20m!!

I always said that they probably are not together in real life. I thought they split the house down the middle, one side for austin and one for cathrine, making it easy to film. Once I found out it was originally two houses connected, my theory made even more sense.

So they bought an unlivable mansion they couldn't afford to maintain the appearance of being rich, all the while they couldn't afford to make payments on the stupid loan they took out. Seems like a bright couple.

In my opinion, I think that they got scammed to a certain degree because of their greed. To even consider bringing two homes together after this mess may be looked at as premeditated. The location of these homes seem so upscale that there is no way they weren’t going to put down big bucks for it. At this point, it’s either you can afford it or PERHAPS you’re doing it another way. Because their home is their business they PROBABLY thought they could take advantage of this loop hole but at the end it hit them on the ass because now they have to worry about their own repairs and remodeling which also requires $$ plus their apparent 70k a month, & the anxiety of putting their home up to code to be livable. Honestly, I think that all of this is some how Austin’s fault and Catherine always has to absolve everything and eventually be the one to defend him with her story time videos. This works, because it is evident that most people love Catherine and the kids and Austin is just there. I can totally see the ace family brand closing soon.
