Yes thank god in most cases the fathers family gets custody as the mom is dead and the father signs custody over to his parents always and they need to change that rule. So glad her brother and her mother can take care of baby ❤
We nepali have to much festival so gather in every festival so if any miss festival then we search for that person and if we don't know till where is he or her countiously ask to his or her relative so that matter came out quickly.
Nah...he'd have gotten away had he wanted.allegedly the incident happened on the 30th and the cops did a welfare check only on the 2nd Hubris..he probably thought he committed the perfect crime
They need to check that GPS on the car he just sold!!! That should lead the police right to where he put the body!!! ....BUT, he may have buried the body on his property too though!
@JetsettersRus that is good thinking. They should absolutely check his GPS and as you alluded to and the comment after you suggested, scour the property, especially the wooded area.
burying a dead body in that neighborhood is hard as his yard is visible from the near by homes. The neighbors would have seen him working on the yard. His yard is not that big enough to dispose of something like a body. A yellow tapeline was there covering the yard as well. So the forensic team might have checked/scrutinized the property as well to look for any unusual or visible marks in the yard. The forensic team were not able to find any evidence whether he dragged the body outside of the home to the car. As you said the investigators should check his Tesla car sold to car max as soon as possible. The next date of appearance on the court is on 24th october. The investigators have enough time to grab hold of that car. and look for things they can find some evidence.
Actually he had a high paying white collar job at the white house, he was an IT guru in the army with the highest security clearance and a police officer too!
I have been pondering the same thing ! Freedom is worth more than a million dollars! I think most killers have a narcissistic traits and feel like they won’t get caught because there to smart and above the law
@@tristan583 Thousands of men murdering their wives/partners do not get away with it. The large majority of these men are so stupid they leave evidence just like this monster did. Police are quick to investigate and these idiots are arrested and never see the light of day again. But each one who does it thinks he is smarter than law enforcement and that he will be the one to evade justice. With cell phones, Google, GPS and surveillance cameras everywhere now it is virtually impossible not to leave a trail of criminal activity.
Or maybe she kept feeding his ego and made it bigger. He kept taking things away from her. Money from the joint account, green card and now her life. She was probably too sweet to him.
@mimhansaadvaita4035 Is it? What reason would justify murder over a divorce? I will bet you these young people were living above their means and the financial stress got to him.
Extreme envy, anger at ur own failings, refusal to take accountability, feelings of superiority and entitlement, never suffering consequences, lack of insight , no empathy....Narcissism!!!
@@tristan583Did the Africans ask the OTHER Africans who were stalking, hunting, capturing or killing and then selling them any questions???????????????????
The brother is fine.. his mom is the one getting emergency custody of her thats why the mom traveled to US to take care of her.. so that's her brother the babies uncle I'm sure the momma would rather her family have the baby and money than the rotten husbands family. Normally the husbands parents get custody when father kills mother since the mother is gone and father is only living relative so when hes in prison he gives custody to his parents happens all the time and its BULLSHIT. trust me you want her brother and her mother to have the money since they will be taking care of baby ❤
How people can be so rude and commit such a crime to the mother of a small baby . Very heartbreaking 😢😢. Victim and the little girl who lost her mother In this tragic incident. She needs to be supported. I’m here to adopt her . I have no words how much I’m am sad 😢knowing this incident and thinking about a. Lil girl ❤
I see so many comments asking why he would do this or what could possibly be the motive. It’s totally irrelevant in the eyes of the law, and he probably was abusive to her prior to this. Perhaps she realized that she didn’t deserve to be abused and decided to leave, which led him to kill her. It’s certainly happened before and it will again. Abusers are insecure individuals who feel powerful and important by abusing someone weaker than themselves. They typically choose to abuse their spouse and children or other family members whom they should claim to love and care about. Regardless, the victim is not as strong as the abuser and it’s never a fair fight. They rarely ever attempt to challenge someone who is physically superior to them because they are frightened by the probability of being beaten themselves. The entire purpose is for control and to dominate the other person. Unfortunately, the victim of domestic abuse often feels shame surrounding the abuse, or that somehow they deserved to be abused, which is why they choose to stay in the relationship giving the abuser further opportunity to continue with inflicting harm. We need to begin a wide public campaign that educates people and informs them that an individual who is a victim of domestic abuse is never at fault, and should never feel shame for simply being abused. The only person who should feel shame in this situation is the abuser, and therefore one should never cover up or make excuses for abuse. Instead, we should hold abusers accountable and even shame them publicly in order to put an end to their behavior. People must understand that they do not have to tolerate being treated poorly and are entitled to leave that situation. If recognized soon enough in a relationship, the risk of death or injury can be minimized much of the time, particularly if it happens before marriage or living together. Often, when leaving these relationships, careful planning is necessary and we need readily available resources for victims so they are not alone with the abuser after harm has occurred. I suspect that this defendant’s wife decided that she would no longer tolerate his abuse and he decided that if he couldn’t have her, then no one would. I hope this state allows for the death penalty.
The fact that people still try to get away with the crime of spousal homicide is bonkers. If you're not going to un-alive yourself afterwards, then you might as well just leave. Be sad and miserable for a while, but at least have your freedom. Going to prison for life is definitely way way worse than whatever problem you were having before.
I highly doubt that little baby is safe in Nepal. They’ll marry her off to another monster just like her father. The history can repeat itself. They honor culture over the safety and wellbeing of their daughters. Please find this little girl a family in the US.
Girl yesss. I'm wondering what if momma caught the dad sexually abusing the baby and that's why they got in a fight and he killed her so she wouldn't talk 😢😢😢😢😢 they need to get the baby checked out. So glad the moms mom is going to be coming here to take care of her. Normaly the fathers parents always get custody in these cares when the dad kills the mom since he still has custody so when he goes to prison he signs off custody to his parents smh and they need to change that law it happens in so many cases and moms family never sees the child again 😢😢
Marriage under the age of 20 is illegal in Nepal.. thankfully they should make that a rule here in American 18 and 19 year olds are way too young to decide to be married shit even 20 is.. they should make it 35 at least and show proof you have been together a certain amount of time, living together already so they know they are right for eachother cause living with someone is a whole different ballgame.. most young marriages dont last especially these days.
The baby girl has a family. No one needs to "find her a family", she deserves to be with her biological family who likely loves her and is grieving over the loss of her mother. She deserves to know everything about her mom, as she will not remember her. Such an ignorant comment.
They better check that Tesla that he got rid of ...there's a tie to her death with that Tesla... that's my opinion he took her body somewhere in the Tesla.. and there's probably blood splatter in it as well...etc
Some people flip like a switch but I'm sure he was showing signs but women nowadays sometimes feel stuck and or trapped. Especially victims of domestic abuse
@@IsworibistKhadka No, they haven't found her body yet. I believe law enforcement recognized he was about to leave the country, so they charged him with something (concealing a body) that would allow them to both hold him in custody & search the home for more evidence (they already found blood evidence prior to this).
He was preparing to go back to India. That means his immediate family knew of his plans to return home. He is not just going to buy tickets for him and his daughter and show up at his parent’s door step. That’s when it should have been a red for Naresh family. Oh no, their son couldn’t do no wrong in their eyes.
I'm almost certain he told his family she ran off with another man and he was returning home....he's a cold blooded killer. Hey jerk this is no your country where u get away with anything.
This guy killed his wife and was getting ready to leave the US and return to India. There is an extradition treaty between both nations BTW. Former Democratic governor Ralph Northam abolished the death penalty, signed the law in 2021. Bhatt will get life no parole. And the inmates will be enjoying spicy Indian cuisine. RIP to Mamta
Partially makes sense but remember this guy has been in the US for long time, having served as Army. If it was new arrival recently, your concern could make more sense. People can change anytime and we do not know what happened - only the time will show what the reason was behind what happened.
My man so because a Nepalese person commits one horrid crime the whole Nepalese community should hide their heads in shame?🤔 Nah dude, the actions of one can't reflect on a whole community..
@@BLACK_MikeHammer look at the comments of people who know nothing about the eastern culture that has stood the thousands of years of history. They are blaming the culture. Many of them - I know they are trash people, not uncommon in every culture. Still their comments are seen the most. Spreading lies
@SantoshPdl-j5t There's no reason to feel any shame. Men from all countries kill their wives. One bad apple doesn't reflect badly on an entire country of people.
There are few Nepalese women migrant wives getting abused by their husbands, I’m Nepalese living in Australia married to a beautiful man however remain helpless as most women hide this from the community to save face. I know two cases in USA, was ready to call the police there from Australia, but the women stopped me they couldn’t face the shame. Helpless
This attitude needs to change. It is not the fault of the abused spouse and they should never carry that shame. Only the abuser should be ashamed of his or her behavior. The light needs to shine brightly upon these wrongdoings. No one has to tolerate being treated with abuse in a free, democratic country. In Australia and the US, you have the right to leave the relationship. Many times there’s a very real danger in doing so and therefore careful planning may be necessary, but freedom from abuse is worthwhile. Please get away and hold your head up high because you do not deserve abusive treatment and should carry absolutely zero shame for being a victim against your will.
Wtf is wrong with this waste of a life here? You dont like your spouse, divorce and start another life. Why hurt them? He deserves capital punishment!!
They should start investigation immediately after she missing there is chance of finding more evidence of her death but it's to late he got enough cleaned up everything and despaired her body
The fact that the Police found the wife's blood in the bedroom means NOTHING in itself. Was there enough blood found to suggest that she was either killed or severely injured ??? 😮
The prosecution have circumstantial evidence unless the blood stains on the bathroom and master bedroom is proved that the same belongs to mamta, the current evidence to accuse naresh as the killer is not solid evidence. For this they need mamta's DNA and match it against the dried blood but it's hard to extract DNA from a dried blood. The accused hasn't confessed killing mamta. His different statements to the media about his wife's where abouts were all different and not consistent at all and different stories came from his mouth at different times. This is one solid evidence unless the defense can prove that he has history of mental health crisis and argue not to corroborate his statements. It's unlikely that he will get a bail posted on bond on Monday as he was trying to flee the country in a few days.
I hope this answers all the comments from yesterday...."How can they arrest him with NO body?".......It baffles me how little people know these days about how the law works when the internet is right there in front of them to educate anyone who wants to know this stuff.
I know! Some of the comments on this video sound like they are coming from people who don't even have a high school education, much less any common sense.
Well once l heard the story and saw how he acted on television.l knew he killed that women. Didnt know her but they said it was an arraigned marriage She wanted out of that relationship and he killed her because of that. RIP
No evidence but the carpet was stained , a passport ready to go. It now open srason on our daughters. May the buddhist gods rest her in peace and comfort her child.
