An Ocean View Hills homeowner accused of owning a "hoarder" home, repeatedly asked a judge Thursday to visit her house and inspect it.
A nearly 40-minute hearing in civil court was held with the property owner, Lisa Golden, Deputy City Attorney David Miller, and Court-Appointed Receiver Neil Sheaffer.
Golden continued to insist the receiver damaged her home and stole her property back when they went in to professionally clean her home the first time in 2021.

This is a serious psychiatric issue and if she were committed the state can do what it needs to do to make the community safe from this problem.

I know this house it’s in my neighborhood…. It’s a nightmare she refused the HOA’ s request and it has been a problem because she actually been on the board and knows the in and outs of the by laws . She refused as far as I noticed for 5 years getting around loopholes . Now she is doing it with the City. Unbelievable! !! She has single handedly caused property values to come into question.Just despicable.
