Hi Earlene!! I do come back and seal glitter every time. I don't always have to with the seed beads. On this vase, I didn't have to. Some of the bowls and things I have done, I did have to. For glitter I seal it with Krylon Clear coat or Mod Podge spray rather than recoating with mod podge and I usually do that on the second or third day . For the seed beads, if I need to seal them, I apply another coat of mod podge but I wait several days before applying the second coat because If you apply the second too soon you may actually create more fall. The glue is called e6000 quick hold. And I use Treasure gold paint. It comes in about 13 colors and the I get it from either Michaels or Jo-Ann fabrics.

Hi Blanchee! You can buy this paint on light direct from Plaid. It's their Treasure gold Brand under their Folk Art label. Or you can pick up at Michaels and most craft stores. Jo-Ann fabrics has a smaller 2 oz. size and Michaels carries a 4 oz. size. Walmart may have it too. It's cost little more than the regular acrylic paint but it a little goes a long way.
