Skateboarding needs more skaters like Chris, and i mean his skating, skate tricks, deck choices, old school influences. I couldn't care less about fashion/music he listens to, its the skating. Its awesome. Been waiting decades to see this, old school should have never been pigeonholed and treated with disdain like it was in the mid 90s and 00s. Its the worst era of skating. The Mullen boys thought they had this locked up. Winkowski and Chris got it. Well done lads.

Holy board teaser Nigel! I'm green with envy as I enter my fourth year of waiting for this Chris Hiett pro deck to come out. I'm starting to think the whole thing is just a marketing stunt to sell Powell Peralta shaped catalog decks. Bait people with Chris and his new/old school deck, but never actually release it. Instead, tantalize people while making them impatient so they buy the many other catalog decks, while they wait for Chris' Vapourdeck. I've gone full conspiracy theory because Powell Peralta have been working on Chris' promised pro model deck for almost half a decade now. Ok, I'll go skate now on my Keith Meek Slasher with kick nose. Best shaped deck for bowl I've been on yet. 15.5" wheelbase feels really nice and surfy.
