NEW DLC! TIDES OF THE FOSCARI IS FINALLY HERE in Vampire Survivors

@@orkunakman1541 I too have completed all the achievements. When you have hundreds of hours into the game, it doesn't take that long to unlock everything. Really great expansion! Newest end-game character is crazy OP. Makes the last endgame character look like a paper airplane.

@@LunaticEdit I assume you're talking about Je-Ne-Viv, who I agree, is extremely powerful... But Sammy is so powerful he literally breaks the game even without any eggs. Take Sammy to bone zone and choose the Disco of Gold arcana and try to get Greatest Jubilee and Crown. Since he gains XP from gathering gold, he rapidly starts levelling up and within minutes he'll begin gaining so many levels that you literally can not pick up any more chests or items off the ground because you're stuck in an endless loop of gaining limit break levels and the game slows to a crawl as he gets literally thousands of levels before the stage ends. You can make it even more broken even more quickly by getting Stone Mask, but that's beyond unnecessary. You can make it more playable and non broken by using him in Bone Zone while avoiding picking Disco of Gold arcana until you have everything you want from chests/on the ground and even forgoing taking crown so that he doesn't get into broken level gain territory as quickly, but he's still, by far, the most broken character in the game to date.

Good news, in a recent silent update, they put out both maps for the DLC levels. They're very useful, except the inverse map is the same and gets super confusing.

That weapon is very broken

Hands down the most broken character in the game. Can only hope that the new engine will help with that.

yeah, my game crash at 10 min XD

Yeah with zero eggs on sammy but all other unlocks/powerups i got to level 2500 in 10 minutes and 10mil+ gold 0 FPS and game did nothing after that. Also Abyss Foscari is also ridiculous mob density.

A very complete DLC, I loved playing it.

Especially the kazoo version (• v •)

I was just playing with Sammy in Bone Zone using the strategy I described in the response to my post above and was regularly breaking 1m gold every gold rush. He's totally broken, even moreso than Je-Ne-Viv.

Sammy doesn't even come close to big trousers for gold farming, and his weapon is a frame killer with high level limit break or a bunch of eggs.

@@ghoulishgam3r508 Even Trouser with over 3000 eggs doesn't hit as high gold rushes as Sammy does with 0 in my experience. I've used Trouser for gold farming quite often since he was released, but it seems like having hundreds of limit break levels in minutes surpasses even Trouser's passive gold rush extension. Trouser was the best, but it looks like Sammy does even better. Considering I'm so far beyond the gold cap I've no idea how much gold I have on my save, it isn't really an issue for me either way, but my experience shows different than what you're claiming. I even go out of my way to limit the number of weapons on Trouser so he gets to limit break faster I take only victory sword, greatest jubilee and cats at most... Other times I limit it to only 2 weapons and pick up chests only after I have everything maxed out with the luck doubling from wicked season active so I get the other candybox to get Vicious Hunger so I don't get less limit break levels, which seems to work best. Sometimes I do that with 3 weapons and take something like Runetracer to go with victory sword for more retaliation damage to go with divine bloodline arcana. (IE: everything enabled including endless and inverted on stage select, wicked season, divine bloodline to start, then slash arcana to boost victory sword as my main damage output, then take disco of gold last and leave the game running to farm gold... And he still rarely surpasses 1m gold in a single gold rush versus Sammy with no eggs and six weapons hitting 1m gold rushes multiple times in a row)

@@rexlupis Try 808,000 eggs and you'll see why everyone says Trouser is the best gold farmer. On the moonglow stage with Greatest Jubilee you can farm both gold and eggs from the mini guardians. I break 150 mil in a 30 min run with my Trouser. I also now am over 1600 hrs and spent about a month experimenting with Gold Farming to find the highest possible gold per second. My only question is that on the second of the new stages if I can get my Trouser across the hidden bridge to where the mini guardians spawn before he basically becomes to hard to move due to insane lvl'ing, the same issue you run into with Sammy. The difference in with a high egg Trouser the game doesn't lag as much with Greatest Jubilee as your only weapon. For Arcana I run on inverted and grab Disco and Wicked as my first two Arcana, then when the merchant shows back up after about 15 mins I grab the healing=damage Arcana and not Blood Astroma, the other one sorry I forget the name...

@@marcovaleriofranco9310 I haven't played the game for a while, but it sounds like you are talking about the Blood Astronomia Arcana. It can be a lot of fun and if you pick most of the weapons and passives that it works with, it can get pretty insane.

Chances are in that LP they simply picked up one from a destroyed object. That is the normal way of getting a clover and far more likely then the developer programing in a clover that respawns.
