Bro I like that kicker idea for green. Rest a don to rest a card then rest another for the kill. An effect like that could make Perona more crazy if the kicker effect was cost dependent. Green truly needs something more and I really don't want it to turn into a stun deck.
Playing catching up on news since I'm a returning player. The new mingo 7wl cards are insane, very excited to use that deck again. For high end, all I ask as my wish card is a 10 cost mihawk that just says on play bottom deck a character, any character. It's insane how black could do blue's job better than blue for a while now.
I think objectively strong cards should be locked, especially in dominant colors. Doesn’t make sense to lock average cards in struggling colors, but that’s just me
This green one is the 7th Shanks character and only the 3rd with FILM trait. The others being both mono red: one for the op06 RP Uta and another for the promo mono-red Uta. Now LORE SPOILER ALERT: . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . Shanks is Uta's father and Uta is FILM exclusive, so every Shanks card created to an Uta deck, would be FILM.

One Piece TCG is VERY based on the lore, many many cards have effects that reflects what the characters do on the show (like Buggy being immune to slash or the Enel character effects negated if there's a Luffy on the field, for exemple). This is very cool when you are a fan of the show but its a balance nightmare for a cardgame. I really like the show, so its a plus to me, but if I was a hardcore TCG pro-player, I would prefere other cardgames to compete.

Wasnt Kaku 3 or less, pop? 25:30 . I dont think Boa is as good as it sounds. What card are you going to replace? 3 kaido, 4 gravity, 2 unblockable, 4 6c boa. That is already 13 bricks in hand. Weevil will prob stay, which is also 4 copies. So, 17 bricks. Would you add 4c 6k blocker boa on top of this(21 bricks?)? It doesnt seem practical. Is 4c 6k Boa good enough to replace weevil? Even for it being a doffy support, 2k counters from mihawk, law, crocodile, 12 cards. 4 4c trash gecko, 4 perona, 4 3c doffy 4 jinbe (16 cards). Total, 17 + 12 + 16 = 45 , space for 5 cards. Probably 3 pudding, Space for 2 more. What are we going to replace for the 4c 6k blocker boa? Each of them seems important. Sure Boa is good in doffy, but being a non counter card is difficult since we will need to replace our brick cards for her(prob unblockable?).
