Hey! So, we're trying something new! We'll be trying to catch you up on our lives every month. Let us know if you're into the idea of us doing this in the future and if you like it we will start adding this thing to podcast areas (spotify, ect), we will try a multicam set-up/a new different set-up (rather than it just being the familiar #Content set-up) and even get some better mics. I love this. This is great. I especially like the discussion about the philosophy of offensive comedy, that stuff really gets me brain working. As far as setup changes, maybe a round table so Tom doesnt have to turn 180 degrees every time he has to look between Eddy and Elliot? Might not work as well visually without the multi camera setup but you all would probably know better, I'm not a film boy.

Did you ever go through with being assessed for adult ADHD? Because there's loads of symptom overlap between ADHD and Autism, so that could be why people you know on the spectrum have the same fear as you.

I've had an awful day full of terrible anxiety, anger and depression, this podcast has really REALLY helped to sooth me to a point where I don't feel like I want to die. Thank you, seriously. I don't know what I would have done otherwise.

I agree with Tom, I'm trans and there are tons of trans jokes I could laugh at, but attack helicopter jokes are quite profoundly lazy and also betrays that you equate women to inanimate objects (Like when the idea of gay marriage used to be met with "What's next, men marrying chickens or toasters?")

Going to be honest guys! I listened to this in podcast form this morning and honestly there was so much that needed you to see it. Like Elliott's present, the Muffin Time game etc. I just kept wanting to open my phone and watch the video to have any clue what you were on about. Love the podcast idea, but please make it more adaptable to both formats, not just visual? ☺️

I LOVE THIS IDEA! Y'all can talk about everything that happened last month, still be silly because it's not just Tom and his camera so the pressure of always having to be "entertaining" in some sense (to limit the misery porn lol) is now evenly stretched. I also just love hearing you guys talk and bullshit so I'm completely into this!!

I just want to say I never feel more validated than when Tom talks about his fear of mascots. Me and my sisters are the only people I've met like this. I realised that it wasn't just anxiety about strangers when my friends decided to do a 1920s theme murder mystery and I couldn't look my own friends in the eye once they were in character.

I have the same fear of masks and character actors as Tom. Apparently it’s really common in people who were kept in intensive care as a baby. It comes from seeing people in surgical masks and associating it with panic and/or discomfort and/or pain during the early days of development.

This kind of candid and chill vibe is just what I've been missing without Last Week/Month. I mean, I know those could get wild too but there was always a nice dose of chill mixed in. I really hope this catches on. It would be nice to have a treat dangling at the end of each month again.

I love this ! I enjoy putting your videos in background while studying, so having a format where i hear you talking about stuff, laughing, but being more calm than the usual content, while still being just as entertaining is awesome ! And I also love the fact that it's longer !

I'd love to continue seeing more of this! Whereas it's not all the haha funny man stuff that I love you for I do miss the more in-depth and interesting discussions from Last Month/Week and having everyone involved means we get to see immediate responses rather then a request for a response from the audience

I cant speak for everyone else but i like this idea, it nice to listen to while i do my revision at university and gives me a good laugh sometimes when i need a break from all the medical jargon and brings me out of an almost automatic state.

I used to watch last week every week and yes I do miss that but I like the new format and it is nice to see what is going on in the lives of Eddie and Eliot.

I loved this! I listened to this while I was putting on my makeup. :) Also I just wanted to say that the conversation around the line between comedy and offence was really interesting. It is such a complicated topic and I think you all summed up your points pretty well for being put on the spot. I recently went to a comedy 'gong show' night, where comedians had 3 mins to wow us, and if they didn't we could hold up a card to get them to get off the stage. 5 cards from the audience and the man up the front hits the gong. I was a bit nervous about this because it was all amateur comedians and you never know what you're going to get. This guy got up and he lasted just the one joke because he said the word m*dget (which we don't say, that's not cool) and I sighed and put up my card thinking nobody else would but he got 5 cards immediately and was forced to leave the stage. Kind of restored my faith in humanity a little bit and served as a reminder that harmful comedy is really starting to go out of fashion. I'm all for dark humour and causing a bit of a stir, but not at the expense of someone else.

I would definitely enjoy seeing more of this. Last week was the main reason I originally subscribed to this channel and I've stuck around because I really enjoy seeing Tom just... do things. Getting these sort of life updates from him and the other's is something I think would be really nice (But only if you guys enjoy making them.)

So it's really nice to hear you guys just talk as people, particularly when you're talking about the creative process that goes on behind your work. It's really fascinating and it's nice to see that side of you as well :)

Having written for Kurz you guys are right on the money. It is a team for 10s of people working full time jobs, without outside support I doubt it would be financially viable.

I really liked the podcast format, it really hit on the Boy's Banter that I have been missing from Last Week and Last Month but with a much chiller vibe. It was also refreshing seeing and hearing you guys chatting without having the 'do it for the vlog' mentality floating on the back of your minds (Which I cannot even imaging how taxing that must become over an extended period of time). If you guys do keep this as and a ongoing format you could re-brand the vlogs as Last Time and only record them when doing some interesting activity's you might want to share such as with the Disney vlog (this also has the added benefit of being able to keep the sign in and out familiar but not adding a time constraint to a realise scheduled). Anywho Ill just be sitting back watching whatever you guys decide to go ahead with even if it is something complacently different (whilst also waiting with baited breath my shinny shinny box of cards to arrive).

It's quite interesting that you said that your irrational fear of mascots is a common trait for people on the spectrum, as I highly suspect I'm on the spectrum and have that exact fear of mascots (the worst), clowns, people in princess costumes etc. Thanks for talking about it I didn't know of anyone else before watching your videos who was afraid of those things that are supposed to be cute and comforting (and lowkey thought it was because I wasn't empathetic enough or something) ^^ Anyway, very excited for this new format ! :D
