Jay for pain try magnesium spray. I use that for my arthritis shoulder pain and it helps. I have no pain for two days and I shower daily. It is not expensive. A bottle is usually under $10.00. If you try that, I hope it works for you. God Bless.

I think of co wash as being conditioner with low suds. It gently washes your hair, but doesn’t strip it like shampoo does
