New drugstore eyeshadow palettes from Rimmel! I hunted high and low for all of them but was only able to find two out of the three ... that ain't bad though, right? Haha! I'll show you upclose looks at these new drugstore makeup finds, as well as swatches, mini-tutorials and a full review for each one. Have you tried either of these new eyeshadow palettes from Rimmel?

Thank you for the informative review 😃 yes please continue with the mini eye tutorials with the palette inserted in the corner. I’ve followed them before and they really help me expand my eyeshadow pairing and application techniques. I always look forward to your make up application tutorials. The Crimson Palette actually looks like a dupe for Modern Renaissance.

Elisha Roze it’s actually closer to a palette from Makeup Revolution. The Modern Renaissance actually has more soft shades and neutrals to pull the look together. And the quality is no where near as good

A note on using that Walmart app - just remember that what it says is "in stock" in your local store may not always be correct. That app doesn't take things like shoplifting and merchandise that's been damaged and taken off the shelf into account. It's a good tool, just be aware.

I got the SPICE when you recommended it and it's gorgeous!...Based on your review, I started checking Rimmel display at Walmart more often and just this week I found all the new ones, I got Crimson, because of the pinks in there! Just got back from Walgreens. It was out of stock in the store, but the space for it was called Jewel Rocks. So now I'm confused! Maybe the name varies by US/UK?

Both palettes look great on you! I would lean towards the purple one myself as warmer & pinkier tones aren't my fave usually. And yes the mini tutorial videos with showing the colors are much better! ❤

Of the two you have, the Electric Violet palette is my favorite. I've always preferred cool tones to warm tones, so I'd gravitate towards that one first. I hope you can get your hands on the third one and let us know how it works/swatches. :-)

I love the way you explain these palette's and show which color you used for each part of your eye. That crimson palette is really pretty and caught my eye. Even high end brands have to be wet a lot of the time. I really wish that you had mentioned that. I think both looks came out beautiful, especially the second.

Well, I wouldn't say that a lot of times high-end palettes have to be wet, but *sometimes* they do need either to be applied with a finger *or* you can wet it...but again I don't think it's as common as with drugstore brands. Either way, I actually prefer to use my finger with shadows that do require the extra help, rather than using it wet. I find wetting them makes them apply differently in a not so good way lol.

Purple is a hard color to produce for a few different things. I’ve learned to understand that and it’s generally a hard color to work with. While they might not payoff how you would expect or look the exact color I do enjoy using them because purple is simply my favorite. Purple hair (specifically Lavender is hard to do), purple shadows, and of course purple fireworks is like a whole new project.

After watching this vid I went on a online quest and found them all at Walgreen's website, Cause I figured why run around and they are on sale this week with like a three dollar online coupon. I ordered the Spice and Crimson palettes and then found they have this too die for color combo called "Rimmel Magnif'eyes Eyeshadow Palette,Jewel Rocks" Which I think you should try to hunt down because on you those colors would be breath taking. I have deep intense darker red hair and the looks I wanna create with this palette for Fall when I get my hands on it I just cannot wait! I LOVE your demo vids for palettes and step by step instructions its such a great teaching tool. Huge thank you! Hope you and your family are having a wonderful day :D

I love the spice palette so much!! I saw Emily Noel's review and bought it the next day. It is so easy to work with and it's a lot less money than the Naked Heat which I really did want but it's just too much money. I find that 90% of what I use is drugstore or brands like BH. The only high end stuff I use are my primers, being very very oily I can't skimp on those, but the Flower Beauty Matte setting spray that you recommended is my holy grail. I have been patiently waiting for your review on these! I had the exact same experience with the Violet palette, and I wanted to see if I got a dud, or if it was just the way the palette was supposed to be..I was so excited when I got this palette, but unfortunately I was a little let down. Those are really beautiful, I think I like the color scheme on the Spice one the best. BTW if you ever see something on the Walmart website and if it's not in store, you can still order it and pick it up at the store when it arrives, usually at the front of the store where is says "Pick-Up" in store. It's really handy and saves driving around time which is what I hate. Thanks Zabrena for another great and honest review, stay healthy.

Oh wow, that first purple shade looks so pink on the eyes, however to me that purple on you is absolutely stunning! It brings out your eyes in such a bright way! I love it.. also not sure if baby girl is here yet. If she is I hope all is well with everyone💜💜💜
