NYX launched a “No Makeup Makeup” line with a few products that are supposed to make you look fresh and natural. I tried it all and did a wear test to see if everything lived up to its claims! NYX Professional Makeup thank you for making a shade that actually matches me. I have pale skin and even sometimes the shade porcelain is too dark. So it’s nice when I want to wear makeup, to have the tinted moisturizer that matches me is a big deal cause nothing does. Also I’ve tried wearing it to work (EMT) and it faded nicely. So thanks

This product is amazing, I don't wear foundation because I hate the way it looks on my skin, I am so glad I was sent this to try. It evens out my skin in a beautiful way that does not look like I have on base. It melts right into my skin, I will purchase this in the future for sure!

@@kazakukog Hey! I would start at safecosmetics.org :) You can also look for the "clean" mark on certain products on websites like Sephora and Target. Generally, a google search for toxic ingredients in cosmetics will give you some good results. xoxo

NYX is becoming the most expensive "drug store" and it is very disappointing. I loved them before because it did not cost an arm and a leg to buy something, but now I find myself no even looking at their products because I won't be able to afford it.

Ladies, in Canada, maximize PC Optimum points. I shop for my family of four and they constantly run point events. I buy my toiletries, skincare and some foods from Shoppers during points events. If I spend $50 on essential items I will get back $15 worth of points. I have on average $200 of points that I use to buy my cosmetics from shoppers, superstore or the luxury cosmetics from the shoppers beauty website. I haven’t paid for cosmetics, skincare or fragrance since I discovered the benefits 2.5 years ago.

I was really surprised at how high the prices are for the NYX products. The good news is that Ulta has them all for 30% off, which makes them more affordable, and closer to my expected prices! When I watched another one of my favorite youtuber, Pampered Wolf, try the tinted veil... she said the coverage was more like a medium coverage foundation! Thank you for another great drugstore makeup video!

here in russia nyx is pretty much a high-end brand already, you can only get their products in specific stores and all of the products are kinda pricey. i own one of their liquid lipsticks (lip lingerie) and i honestly think it's overpriced. anyways, love your videos, lots of love from russia 💞

NYX isn't an affordable here in the UK 😥😥. The foundation was really pretty but I've got foundations that by adding a drop of oil and sheering them out they resemble the NYX product. Why didn't they do a cream bronzer? That was a big mistake on their part 😯. The one product I DO want is the eyebrow pencil, I love the fluffier type "spoolie". But, again, the price is too high. Great review Allie and you didn't look too "shabby" at all 🤣😅🤣, you looked gorgeous. 🏵🌼🌹🏵🌹🌼🏵🌹🌼🏵

Agreed. It's kind of disappointing to see NYX, and a couple other drugstore brands, raising their price points. Part of the appeal is affordability. If I'm going to pay higher prices, I'm going to just go for high-end products. 🤷‍♀️

I'm not Allie but I'd recommended the flower beauty blush bomb in the shade nectar! you can control how pigmented it is by how much you blend it out and it works pretty well for me. Also it's $8 (more affordable than glossier)!

tarte has cream blushes (in seashell shaped compacts, sugar rush line) they're expensive but I LOVE them! They are very glowy and dewy on the face so if you have oily skin they may be too much

I love the foundation :) I use it with The Ordinary primer and then apply it with my hands. So quick and easy! The coverage is buildable to be a nice medium (to maybe even high) coverage!

Best cream blush ... is lipstick ... seriously ... wet n wild works well and so do milani matte lipsticks. So pretty. And super cheap. Apply a few strokes and use a duo fiber brush to blend. I tried nearly every cream product marketed as blush...and a lipstick in a pretty pink or peach makes the softest flush. So much better

I love this stuff!! I have the nyx tinted skin veil in camel beige and it has the perfect golden tone for my skin and it last all day on my face including my oily nose! I also appreciate that they didn't use a chemical spf too!

I love no makeup makeup that’s what I do everyday and I was super excited for this launch, I love the skin tint because I don’t wear foundation and I don’t like the look of concealer on my face (only under eyes are good for me) and I have good skin so I don’t want coverage I just want to even it out, I didn’t like the blush either, didn’t try the primer, but I do love the mist. Like. My all time fav mist. Refreshing, dewy, great mister. Keep trying it out and I think you’ll love it too!

I bought the Bare With Me primer and tinted skin veil. I love them. They work great for someone with sensitive, extremely dry skin. My skin looks hydrated and the combo lasted longer than any other foundation I've worn.

PrayerLights Do you have an eye primer you like to use? Or anything? Milani makes a really good drugstore one. :) And the urban decay one is also really good.. (I've heard the Catrice eye primer is good too though I have not used that one.)

Mystique Darkholme my smashbox eye primer usually works for me but did not for this eyeshadow. But it’s not a deal breaker for me because I just tap it back in with my finger when I notice it creasing. 👍🏻❤️

Have you tried the supergoop cc cream? It has a non chemical sunscreen with spf 40 and I feel like it provides nice coverage. I never buy pricier makeup, but this is something I will definitely repurchase when it runs out.

I bought the skin veil a while ago and i really like it. Tinted moisturizer and BB/CC creams are always too heavy for my oily skin, but this one really feels quite light and it is the only product i have tried so far (other than a regular foundation) that actually makes my skin look more even and fresh. The only downside ist, that it doesn't last too long on my oily skin, my natural oils come through quite fast, but since the overall look is super natural, it doesn't look worn off, i simply get shiny. But i still love using it.

I recently bought the Supergoop Shimmershade in First Light and have been liking it for my usual no-makeup makeup for work. A little really goes a long way - I basically just tap my finger into the pot and then spread on my eyelid. I usually do that about 3 times per eye for very thin, even coverage. I usually set with a little powder when I do the rest of my face, but haven't tried using it as a base for eye shadow yet. I agree that a few matte shades would be great for that. :-) I love the way the NYX Bare With Me Tinted Skin Veil looks on you and Pale Light might actually be light and pink enough for me - I'm going to have to try it! I'm enjoying the natural makeup looks you've done in several recent videos. Thanks!

Thx for the review chica! I'm really interested in the complexion products! I wanted to share a little tip I learned from Sephora regarding sprays with a "heavy" mister try spraying it a little above your face to let the mist gently fall on your face... It's a great technique!
