Clogging heads? That's for no name brands. Roland's brand is built around reliability and low maintenance even with white ink in the system. This unit has a recirculation pump to keep the annoying clogs away. This is a printer you can actually leave for a few days and not worry about coming back to issues!
@@Spinnywhoosh good question. i was considering the BN-20A for shirt, sticker, and poster (also possibility of making boxes for figurines), but it seems BN-20D only supports printing onto this special film and nothing more, unless someone can give a first hand testimony that it can do all the things BN-20 can do. i'd hate to have two of these beasts at $6k each.
4:23 is the end of the video and a black screen, LOL. The BN-20 does limit speed for quality, unlike some no name brands, but not sure were you are getting that it can't print in one pass. That is a software control and not a printer control, so I'd be patient to see what comes out soon to make this machine even better!
@@brotherernest5993 no they don’t they have DTG printers that can also be used for DTF purposes …but since you seem to think I’m wrong please give me the model number of Epsons DTF printer
@@thetruthandnothingbutthetr6484 it is apparent you’ve no clue who you’re speaking too. Epson has had a printable PET material with white ink cartridges dating back to 2011. Any of the industrial printers released during this time could and can today switch to Epson white ink cartridge in LLk. Since I “seem to think” is bc I know and as the 1st person in America to bring DTF here to America I have proven this by selling over 800 units world wide since may of 2020.
You hit it right on. This is designed to help those small shops and home businesses get away from the much more tedious and expensive process of multicolored heat transfer designs. We will have exciting things coming for those looking for high production in DTF, just be patient 😊
So not good. I had Roland BN20-a is so bad. It is so slow. Don't have their dedicated software to run the machine. I am really so upset. I bought it last year in May 2022. But now trying to get rid of it.
Its not true that a BN-20 is bad. It is slow, yes, very slow. But, it is easy to handle and the prints come out good. The machine cost less than the half of the big roland. The only bad thing is slow, isn’t a production machine. But if you have only a couple orders a day it is good.
Hey. You should really get the software to open up the potential of your printer before you get rid of it. Versaworks comes free with the printer so seems weird that you did not receive it. Simply google versaworks 6 download, enter your serial number and boom, you will have their dedicated software!
