But I'm still able to equip the rebreather normally. First you open the interaction menu, equip the rebreather, then go to the clothing store or in your wardrobe and put on the hat or helmet you want

To glitch hat + mask you need to save the mask in any slot, then equip the hat you want and the open interaction menu, hover over parachute option, get in any car and select the outfit you saved with the mask
