I’m always so grateful for these videos. My oldest daughter has a gluten intolerance and we are always looking for yummy ideas. You never disappoint! 💕
Hey, incase you didn’t know, most nutrition experts recommend ground over whole flaxseed because the ground form is easier to digest. Whole flaxseed may pass through your intestine undigested, which means you won't get all the benefits. 🤗
I just found that out last month and ground all my seeds in my coffee grinder and now only buy the ground flax. The seeds just go through you (so it’s not serving any purpose) and the ground kind is actually absorbed by your body.
I just love watching your channel. You are so inspiring on every level. From healthy eating to organization, food prep, savings, Mom tips etc....I love all of it😍
The more yellow your pineapple, the riper. Your pineapple was dark green =unripe (think of a green verse yellow/spotted banana). By flipping the pineapple upside down the sugars drop and the skin should become more yellow in color.
I love these types of videos!! I always try out a recipe or two from every one of and I always love them and so do my boys!! Then we incorporate them like every week 😂😂😂
I just came across your channel about 2weeks ago and i dont know how mny videos ive watched. You give the motivation i need to get thngs come and help me to better plan and organize my life. Thnk you for such thoughful and enjoyable contents ❤🤩
That was totally a ninja turtle!! Lol I love your meal prep videos..they give me lots of new ideas to try. Seems like I'm always making the same boring stuff every week.
I was just recently diagnosed with Hashimoto’s and would love to know what your personal meal plan is! I suffer from extreme fatigue and I know changing my diet will help! Thank you for these videos!
Love your videos! The trick my mom taught me for picking a pineapple is to see how easy it is to remove a leaf from the top and if it pulls put easy it's close to being ripe. Then you gotta wait for it to turn more yellow/brown and has little green left to it (maybe 2-3 days). It's sweeter and softer. 😊
Love your food prep/cook videos! I have tried so many of your recipes and they are always loved. I like that you adapt recipes for GF and to be healthier for your family! Keep the meal prep videos coming!!
Try adding a pinch of vinegar to the egg mixture and it will elevate the flavor so much! Dominicans usually do this & I’ve been loving it this way!! Xoxo
I'll be starting our meal preps too this week. I'm excited to prep our meals and get things done. I'm a first time mom of a 4 month old baby girl and getting things done is really hard. I love watching your videos while I clean and prep things. I'll be doing the same thing like writing things down for our meals this week. It really helped me alot. I'll also wanted to try the chickpea recipe. Planning to add tofu for a meatless meal day. Thank you for sharing. ❤️ Lots of love from the Philippines.
I've been binging last fall's meal prep videos, too! Trying the oven baked barbecue chicken & roasted potatoes & onions recipe tonight! Thanks for all the great ideas! ❤
My two year old son just helped me make the protein balls and they were a hit! Trying spinach muffins tomorrow. Your sister just posted a video of balsamic chicken and it's supposed to be hot up here in the Pacific Northwest so crockpot meal is perfect! We plan to do the chickpea dish for Thursday! I'm grateful I found you during the pandemic, I love your channel!
Thank you for posting this awesome healthy Gluten Free recipe. This is first time I watched your video and end up liking it so much. Keep posting more Gluten Free recipes. Will try this recipe and will share the experience with you. Thank you ❣️
I'm gonna try the zucchini and chicken recipe! And the strawberry one! I'm new to the donut maker as well and I noticed they don't take as long to cook through as you'd think...and I flipped mine even though it's double sided and that really helped!
Hey Tiffani. I have caved in and going to try Thrive Market 💓. I will try the oatmeal donuts this weekend because that includes both of my daughter's favorite things. Also, thank you so much for the motivation!
Ah I love that pineapple cutter bought min at homegoods! Those meal prep bowls look good the zucchini noodles would have me worried since they aren’t cooked.
Hi Tiffani I absolutely love your channel and all its content. Honestly you have inspired and motivated me to start my own channel. It's still early days, I always learn something new while watching your videos. You are such an inspiration and I honestly love everything you upload. Thank you for being so amazing I would love to see you over on my channel. ❤️❤️
i think for your pineapples you wanna wait till you see some golden coming thru on the skin before cutting it. If it's totally green its not quite ripe and sweet yet! :)
On the protein balls, I use milled flax seed. I really like it because you can taste the flax more. It gives a nutty taste. Just thought you might want to try it.
If you wait until the pineapple is more yellow, it will be better- the green ones aren't ripe. If you leave it, make sure you check the bottom to make sure it's not molding...
To pick a pineapple 🍍 that is ripe, if you try and pull a piece from the top in the middle and it comes out somewhat easily this means it’s good to go. Hope that helps, thanks for all the great videos 😁😁😁
