When the hair is very dry I tend to do a silicone deep conditioner...it will soften and moisturize and when I say bounce and behaving ....curls be curling and knowing how to act.

I know Julia is the more affordable side of human hair, but come on 'thick very white lace on a wig that probably would not be worn on anyone of that color'?? YOU DID IT! You always say small head, but what is your measurement for comparison? Is a small less than a 22? I am not sure if I am measuring correctly, but I think 22.5, med right? Thanks!
