I have the old version - without SAFE - and it's a cracking ship, so relaxing to fly. It's good enough to hunt out lift and stay aloft for at least half an hour on a single charge (3s 1000mah), much longer if there's good lift. I fly it most evenings sitting with a beer to wind down at the end of a hard day's work. Don't bother with a timer, just plug in a voltage alarm, and you can fly safely till it beeps. Seeing it drift against the setting sun is magical. Salut!!

The small child trapped in my 50+ body, the child that filled his PC with RGB lights and a model Porsche 911, this child just loves the lightshow! That glider is so graceful and the time of day was perfect. I think the pumping is nose heavy plane with trimmed up elevator. I may be wrong but I'd put the elevator neutral and try again and see if she really is nose heavy. If so, try a 1300mAh; that's all I use in my Radian Pro.
Ha ha, great video! First time I watch you guys, love the way you talk and joke around. I have the first (Parkzone) version and it still flies great. But I have to say, this video is the first one to get me interested in the Night version. Cheers from Sweden.
Yes this is indeed a great looking plane for sure , great for night flying and early mornings as the wind is relatively low at them times , hence this make the RC hobby a relaxing and beautiful thing to do, ...

I had the Flite Test Night Radian and loved it, super floaty and looks amazing at night, great plane that has now been sold to a fellow club member who loves it. Great video and perfect landing, beautiful evening and stunning scenery
Very nice video/flight Captains! I have all but the original floppy wing one which i believe still glides better than the newer ones. We had a gentleman in our club who was found dead/sleeping i mean on one of our big tables in the pits/flight line with his transmitter on his chest and his plane up in the sky circling with a slight turn to the left in case he fell asleep or lost signal due to being bad and flying over allowed AMA rules480 ft i m thinking. The other club member couldn't believe his eyes woke the sleeping pilot and the glider was landed without incident. lol omg love the lights on these newer Radians flying with friends nightly w/different color schemes is very fun too. "I was born ready" by Capt Blaz was funny got a good laugh from it! Keep em coming guys your videos r the best !!!!!
Very nice - just want to say you need to make sure that the horizontal Stabiliser is secured very well - the tape they provide is not good enough - I have seen a lot go into the ground as the Tape can give way without warning... Very nice relaxing experience Big Salute from UK Cambridgeshire -
Great job guys. The radian is a fantastic glider. Lots of mods needed to get this baby perfect. The whole issue of porpoising can be found on how the stabilizer is mounted by the factory. Slight mod to this will help get the PERFECT CG.

10/10!!! Perfect plane, perfect setting, and perfect flying....it gets no better than that, boys...really. Oh, and about the porpoising or pumping, sometimes that can also be because you don't have enough windspeed and it's going into a slight stall....my little gliders do the same thing. :)

Very well done presentation guys so well I placed my order for one after watching your video. They were discontinued before I was able to buy one. Glad to see they brought her back. Just loved the flight Robert. I am selling my Phoenix 2400 & will get this. I wish it had flaps though with the new upgrade or pop up spoilers. What a great time of the day to fly. She looks wonderful in the air.
what an awesome cool plane !!! you need to try that in the dark it is really cool . we had the first Radian at our field and put light strips on it and flew after dark. people would see it from the highway and come and watch it fly !
@@PetrincicBrosRC look forward to that video . Make sure you have like a green light on one wing tip and a red light on the other wing tip to distinguish which direction the plane is headed and it's orientation it helps !
