This 16.1.3 update is great! We have more elemental dmg and defense for free, those additional bonus stats from items and 800 skill enhancement tree are more useful than ever! and making new mastery items are not as costly and traumatizing as they used to be(no more disappearing gears!)

Early opinion ( Things might change after more testing) :
Don't waste your 101010 for the new Errtel like me, you can use lower rank 3 Errtel to get mastery Errtel 3 opts, they are all the same
We will have more options for more builds with the new elemental stats bonus!
The new Pentagram attributes are very interesting. This new option is quite costly but will be very useful for Hunter and PVP when people can not pick the element of their target. You can add some Ele def/dmg attributes where you are weak against
I think the new Brilliant orb is very nice. It has less punish proc but more elemental dmg & defense and this makes it quite balance compare to the old Lyra.
KMB and Lyra are still very strong, but you cant use your mastery kit for the old pentagram which is very annoying and most people have like 1 kit only so you have to pick a new pentagram or old pentagram
Mastery Antonia is a bit overkill with elemental def. You will have enough elemental def using the Brilliant orb to solo most of the strongest map and a little more dmg from Punish will be very useful but maybe Mastery Antonia can be great for hunting and PVP.
