I have the clear one and it is GORGEOUS

Bur elf has a scent to thiers and i cannot stand a scent. I will stick with dior. But revlon makes glosses that do not have a scent and they have beautiful colors

They have a powdered blush that is a really bright pink. It is more pigmented than the Dior one though like less white pinkish.

It's not like Dior has a patent for lip oils, as long as the shades' names and packaging are different there's nothing they can do, hence Dior not taking any action and elf not getting sued.

because they aren't doing anything illegal

if they did the same packaging sure, but they cant trademark or claim a general product (lip oil is too broad)

They are fine. They can’t get sued for producing dupes. If they produce FAKES, then they can get sued.
