New EULAR PReS recommendations for the Diagnosis and Management of Still’s disease 

The new EULAR/PReS recommendations for the Diagnosis and Management of Still’s disease, comprising systemic Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis and Adult-onset Still’s Disease.
Invited speakers were Dr. Fabrizio De Benedetti and Dr. Bruno Fautrel, who discussed and described overarching principles and recommendation statements that were agreed upon by a large task force composed of paediatric rheumatologists, adult rheumatologists, clinical immunologists and patient representatives. The experts worked during two F2F meetings to overcome the disconnection of sJIA and AOSD, with the aim to homogenize patient management and therapeutic strategies across all ages. The ultimate goal was to improve Still’s disease outcomes.
