NEW EVE ONLINE FPS Better than Dust 514? 2023 Public Contract Domination vs Chaos of War and more 

I miss you Dust 514

CCP had me hooked on Dust (lol) when it came out on PS3! It was like my main game until they discontinued support. I was genuinely crushed when the game closed. I found it amazing how they incorporated EVE Online into this game as well with the orbital strikes from ships in that game! I was so scared when I saw the rays come from the sky, I didn’t know what to do! Part of me thought that Planetside 2 was an extension to EVE like Dust was. I was probably 11 when this game came out. My dad put me on EVE Online, though I never really got to play it because my parents were tight on money.

I don't know why they've been sitting on this.... They already had a great game made.... They could just deliver it to PC or any other platform and be done with it.

I've been a heavy "door" gunner and logi on this very map. The only way is to rush the door with as many clones as possible! Such a good warzone area, one of my favorites! Thank you posting! o7

The smartest move for CCP at this point is to make their next FPS have crossplay. Games like CoD, Battlefield, and Warframe have shown it works and it would give the game a healthy playerbase. There's a lot more they'll need to do for the game but it's far too much to easily write down in a comment.

Played Eve for 10 years or so and all of Dust while it was alive I think they know what they are doing. This will be cool. 07 Dust Logi here lol and Industry in Eve

I never played this game seriously as soon as I had enough to fly a space ship I'd fly that around the map while trying not to get shot, fun times.

wonder if these guys have tried Angels Fall First and how will it compare. I bought it but couldnt play it in my rig btw. Waiting for Vanguard to kick some ass int eh name of the Amarrian Empire!!!!. EVE FOREVER

is it being re-released on playstation 4 or 5 as a ps free to download once again or no?? that's the big question!!

The major issue with Dust 514 is when they handed it off to CCP Rattati to take over, he was hell bent on changing the Eve online structure of high and low slots (Eve customization and economic system) to class based system (preset classes with minimal customization and no economics) that’s why every attempt to re-boot failed so miserably. If they did to Eve online what they did to Dust 514 Eve online would be bankrupt and gone within two months.

D514 is trash, its nostalgia that people like. Project Nova looked okay, we got a beta, but people didnt like the setting or story. So the only "New" fps game is the ccp london fps project, which is a rework of project nova.
