Big fan of Pep but this will be his biggest transition in his coaching career. He has to delegate the coaching to his assistants and be the manager. I know how brilliant he is at drills and coaching but he has to bridge that gap between coach and manager. I am certain he'll do well given the profile of the club and his philosophy. I hope he's fired a complementary backroom staff. Btw, I'm an Arsenal fan and still rooting for the man. I will miss he and Klopp's futbol this season.
