WOW! I made a comment advising women to patent protect their work, and it got deleted? If not here it goes again. Ladies, please patent protect your ideas and techniques on youtube. Black women work very hard, and have a lot of ingenuity, so please, if you perfect a technique and improve an idea, please protect yourself and patent it so that companies cannot come along and sell it back to you.

Ms Precious Marie is the creator of this technique so Hairvivi must name this wig by her name and collab with her. Until then i am not buying a wig from Hairvivi i will DIY it following Ms Precious Marie original tutorial.

Hairvivi STOLE this idea from a RU-vidr "MspreciousMarie" and didnt even give her credit or didnt inform her. You ladies work hard, to help those of us who can't afford these over priced products. What they sell? you guys help us, by improving the product. Something, they should have done themselves. Marie, came up with this BALD CAP, idea that helped us and they stole it now selling it as their idea. On top of it all she was promoting their products and that's the thanks she got.
This idea was being used as far back as 08/09” from my remembrance. We’d use fabric adhesive to attach it. Along with the elastic band we were originally calling that the “tootsies mom” method because a forum member by the name of tootsie posted the method that her mother came up with in the forum. There is really nothing new under the sun with these lace wig methods and if you have no patent you can’t legally claim anything. Even with a patent you can legally own it but that doesn’t mean you actually were the original creator...just the smart one to put a legal patent on it. Rights & ownership are only backed by paperwork ladies. 🤷🏾♀️
Exactly! It was fabulasityisme I saw this method on first. I don’t know if she did t first but she did the same thing with fabric and closures! There is no new idea and people need to chill out! It’s like telling people not to buy box braided wig or anything! People need to chill! If you share stuff on RU-vid you do it to show and share your idea of someone develops it then so be it!

Yeah they took her idea and didn't even give her a wig...she has worked with them before too. So I know this is the ultimate slap in the face...I feel so bad for her
This method is really not that new Hairvivi just perfected it and bypassed wig installation by making it more efficient and delivered products. I go on old forums and blogs all the time to find old ways to improve. I have seen this method on old blogs back in the early 2000’s. Hairvivi is amazing for making wigs as simple as possible.

It was also very upsetting to hear that after all the backlash they didn’t have the decency to apologize. I can’t support that. I will not be collaborating with them again. Big companies always take from smalller companies. It happened to my brother but you hve to patent your work...Even then they duplicate it nd change the name
Precious Marie didn't create that method... I saw this in college or peek mill with the adjusted band. They made it known through RU-vid. Theres rarely truly nothing new under the sun. This wig method needs diff scalp colors for diff complexions. They sent this wig to a lot of youtubers with the same color fabric. I wonder if you can request a different fabric color for your scalp.
The real magic is not only is the knots bleached and a fake scalp was installed but the pre-pluck hairline is decent and IT HAS TEMPLES and the other wigs don't.

Also, as a result of the band being added you may not have to glue or gel it down. But, if you do have to add any gel or wig glue it will be just fine directly on the skin. That is a beautiful unit. Does wearing wigs in the heat bother you, also does the heat affect the wig as far as lifting if glue is used to hold it in place?
Muriel Royal Glad you like it. ☺️The heat doesn’t bother me or cause my unit to lift. I also don’t sweat too much. But, if I’m in the heat running or doing something active, it very well may lift if I’m merely using the got 2 be glue 😅

Thinking Like A VIRTUOUS Woman Yes. There’s a discount code provided in the description box. As relates to mine being custom made, I was referring to having mine customized. You only need that done if you have a low hairline like mine. Otherwise, you should be fine with a normal cap.

Shelby Steele Yes. They do everything! The quality is good. I had another unit for a while and would work out in it and everything. It didn’t start to have challenges until about 3 months or so later.
Fabulous I wear wigs and I have long straggly hair, but wigs free up your time. Shampoo, conditionair, blow drying, hair spray etc. Forget it. All the stars wear wigs, naomi Campbell most of them. Ha ha, they don't fool me. Go girl.

Companies replicate inventors ideas all day every day. The originator of the idea should have gotten a patent and trademark. Hair Vivi hasn't done anything that other companies haven't done. When you post ideas on social media, it is a free for all.
Just because everybody has done it and it isn't technically illegal doesn't make it right. Why not set themselves apart and credit her? Respect for them would have skyrocketed instead of tanking like its currently doing. They did it wrong. Hands down.
Ok I really love the wig and how the scalp looks like it's yours. Looks so realistic. How did you describe the extra lace around your edges as you mentioned you had them add custom to your wig. My side edges are just like yours. And not having that plan straight edge made that wig look even natural.

People should delete all videos about this hair company from their channels and not share them either on social media. They need to be cut off from now. Even if people don't work with them in the future your name and face has already been attached to their product which they call always market and advertise in the future. I think taking down their videos and social media post concerning this brand now may be effective.

She was taking a lot of slack from some bc she reviewed this wig but she indeed gave Ms. Prescious credit on where she had seen the method. I guess people claim that this company stole this method idk but from a business standpoint Tierra was on point.
