For real! The other cherries I’ve tried didn’t do it for me, even sold my 50ml Kayali lovefest burning cherry. No cherry fragrance will ever compare to Tom ford lost cherry, I’m waiting to get the 100ml on a good discount from maxaroma.
But not until you try "Miss Girl" by Oakcha. They are the Queen/King of dupes! They did a dupe of Lost Cherry and BR 540 fusion....WONDERFUL AND A BEAST!
Great review ! I agree 100% Carmina is just ok but I did purchase it no big deal. Althair is amazing got it when it debuted. Devotion is just nice it smells like a lemon pound cake . Purchased that too. I’m in love with prada paradox intense due to your dedicated review once again you were on point and I luv it.
Bought Althaïr for hubby so we can share it! Completely agree with you on Creed Carmina…it was nice but I wasn’t moved. I didn’t connect with Burberry Goddess but love D&G Devotion.

I stopped in Sephora last week to put my nose to some of these new releases and I was sorely disappointed. I was hoping to love the new Libre because I have the others in that line but I agree that it smelled a little too chemically for me. I wasn’t blown away by the D&G Devotion either. She’s cute but I don’t think I need her unless I find a really great deal. I’m also not blown away by Burberry Goddess. I did buy the travel size though so I can play with it. It’s just a little too soft for me. Maybe after it sits for a while I’ll change my mind. I do LOVE the new Alien Goddess Florale! But I’m a lot biased to that whole line because for some reason I get compliments galore when I wear any of them. I need to get my nose on that new Givenchy. I didn’t even know about it but I have the original and the Rouge and love them both. You sold me when you said it had Cacao! These companies are rolling these fragrances out so fast that they’re missing the mark with a lot of them. I guess that just helps me to focus on buying all of the fragrances that I already have on my list anyway 😆. I have plenty to catch up on. Great video! 😊

Love love love ya! I just smelled and sprayed Devotion on one arm and Goddess on the other arm yesterday and I think I like them. Goddess smells familiar 🤔but I like it and for Devotion…I’m undecided…I think it smells interesting but I didn’t get lemon poundcake…I liked it more and more as it dried down, but not the initial spray (I’ll probably get travel sizes to try them out). As for Carmina, my mom and I smelled and sprayed it on ourselves when we went to Nordstrom‘s, and I have to say, I really like it! From the one little spray that we were given, it last a good amount. It smells so good on both of us… But with the mixed review, I don’t know if I can bring myself to pay so much money for just one perfume that doesn’t last long (I like getting the best bang for my buck, but I really do like it. I wish they had a travel size so you could really try it). I don’t go to Nordstrom‘s often, but do you know if they have sales like how Macy’s has their friends and family sale? Sorry if I’m asking a dumb question, I’m brand new to higher end fragrances (I normally buy my fragrances at Macys, Ulta or Sephora)😢😢

Hi Santa! I wore D&G Devotion this weekend layered with Alexandria Fragrances Chocolate Dream (a dupe for Xerjoff Lira). Yes, I got wafts of lemon pound cake, but not a candle scent in my opinion. I really enjoyed it! I love a spicy and good smelling rose fragrance, and I agree that TF Cafe Rose ain’t it. I definitely didn’t get any coffee. I agree with you on almost all I have tried. Burberry was a love at first sniff that keeps growing on me as I wear it. Devotion was a hard pass. Sickly sweet, synthetic citrus fruit. Yes, much better as a candle and even then I probably would not purchase it. Carmina was a scrubber for me and I expected to love it as I like rose and cherry. The very strong rose combined with the very tart/sweet, candied cherry was WAY too much. So glad I sampled that first! I really like Cherry Ambition and the performance is excellent on me. Cafe Rose I really liked the start of but it dried down with an old woman type musky scent on my skin and ended up being a hard no. I agree the Jo Malone is really good but I have ones I like better and to purchase another I would have to be totally wowed. J’dore Lor was very underwhelming and headache inducing. I think it was orange blossom that was too much in that. I want to try paradoxe!
I have the original 2012 Cafe Rose in the purple label and it is divine. It’s my first perfume ever and will always hold a special place in my heart. The OG is the best and I hope you’re able to obtain it. Great video! 😊
I got Carmina for 20% off from Saks. At first I felt underwhelmed by it. I wore it three days in a row thinking discount or not I was gonna have to return it. I started layering in with a rose and saffron body lotion and it really made the difference. I started getting compliments (about five from what I remember). It’s one of those fragrance you have to play with, but I get it when you paying almost $500 who has time to play. I love it now though.
I agree with your opinion on the scents I’ve smelled, Jadore, Paradoxe and Libre, I don’t need. I was surprised about your opinion on Devotion. I really like the citrus and orange blossom notes! I also Violet by D&G, it was really nice if you like the violet note. Great impressions! Thanks for sharing!
I don’t have any cherry fragrances so I’m glad I pulled the trigger and chose to pick up a travel size of Cherry Ambition in my VIB order, my curiosity has peaked even more now after hearing your thoughts on it since we have very similar taste, I am also not a full spicy or gourmand girl 🙋🏻♀️ we shall see what the scent brings to my nose 😜
Oh I love the D&G Devotion. I work at Sephora part time and it’s one of the ones that I spray on clients and have them walk around a bit cause the first blast is that lemon candy but the dry down? Oh, the vanilla is so good to me. I HATE the bottle tho.

I got my hands on a sample of Carmina and is OK but not worth the price they are asking in my opinion. I am curious to try Room 1015 Cherry Punk Extrait... sounds interesting💗
Cherry Punk Extrait is VERY VERY STRONG. Dark and more leather. If you have the OG Cherry Punk you don't need it. But if you don't, get it. But it is completely different than Carmina. I have Carmina and that's not a power play. It's a womanly fragrance.
I felt the exact same about Carmina. I was expecting to be wowed when I went to smell it in Harrods from all the reviews I’d seen but it was nothing special to me
I can definitely see why you mightn’t like Devotion if you aren’t a gourmand girly. My hubby is getting me Goddess for Christmas, so I’ve been wearing Devotion in the mean time. Also excited for Paradoxe Intense. It’s one of the next on my list!
I haven't smelled Devotion,or Burberry Godess. I don't think I'm interested based on your review. I've blind bought quite a few fragrances based on your review and I loved them. So I will skip those. The new Libre, I will buy as a gift for my BFF, she loves those sterile smelling perfumes. I will go smell Carmina this weekend, but it is out of my price range.
Burberry goddess is sadly trash… who endorsed it? It was unnecessary to make I got it free otherwise I wouldn’t have it… I’m hoping something develops with it by next summer smh 🤷🏽♀️
