We're having massive, and very loud, thunderstorms so definitely a cozy Sunday. I've done very well with my low-buy this year, but fall and the holidays are around the corner.
Oh I love a thunderstorm! I must say, the east coast get's great storms. We don't get as many here where I am in Oregon. When we do, it's mostly in the Fall and Winter and they are usually mild.
Hey Mel. Thanks for the review. I'm one of those people who are waiting for the Daylights to arrive. It's a real bummer that we've had no daylights for these new fall releases, because I'm worried that I'm not going to be able to try the fragrances before the sales start. Oh well, hopefully Kringle can get the parts that they need to repair their machine ASAP. (How bizarre to have a machine where the spare parts aren't available in the US). Anyway, I just wanted to tell you that you are so lucky to have a home that loves being scented as much as yours does. I also live in an open concept type home, but I dont have the high ceilings that you have, and I must tell you, I cannot smell my Kringle or Country candles at all in our open concept areas. Like nothing. Zip zero. I can only use my Kringle and Country candles in closed in rooms, especially those of a smaller size. I'm always so jealous of the throw that you manage to get from your Kringle candles, 'cause I don't get that at all. To me, my Kringle and Country candles are on the lighter side, and one of the brands that has the lightest throw. I really wish they could find a way of ramping up the strength and throw. PS - i do think that the 3-wicks are better than the other jars, but I don't think the 3-wick jars look pretty. I wish they could use the labels that they use on their 2-wick tumblers on the 3-wick jars. Sending hugs.
I'm so sorry they don't perform well for you. I really do have good luck with the Kringle 2 wicks, that being said, I am also 100% ready and excited for their 4 wicks. I normally have 2 candles going at any given time so the fragrance output is kind of perfect but it would be nice to just light one and have it fill the whole house. And yes, I hope those daylights come out soon! They must be scrambling to try to get the machine working, especially as we barrel towards September lol.
Happy Sunday Melanie, I think I would like this one and it would be a one and done since I don't buy wine named candles. However, I do like the oak note described here. Glad it's not boozy. Just added HW's Santorini and Peanut Butter & Raspberry Jam to my burn list this month. I'm excited. Happy burning.
