Chihuahua cheese is what we traditionally use for quesadillas if we don’t have Oaxaca cheese. They both are really good when quesadillas are made from either or cause you still get the nice cheese pull and they both have a different flavor.

I am obsessing about that Apple Creme Brulee dessert. OMG. I live nowhere near Florida but I want that soooo bad. So, basically it's a regular creme brulee, topped with sauteed cinnamon apples, Chantilly cream and a fried wonton dusted with cinnamon sugar. I'm going to try making this.😋😋

I went to Disney Springs today and I missed you guys 1 day!! I always look for you guys when I go to a theme park in Orlando because I've always wanted to say hi and thank you for these videos in person. But I realized I can say Hey and thank you in this comment. Your videos help my boyfriend and I have an even better time in Orlando. So thank you Tim and Jen. As soon as you said squash blossom quesadilla I got excited. My mom told me when she was young my grandmother used to make them for her and she loved them. I had no idea the flowers could be eaten before that.
A Mexican restaurant here does Sopapillas as a dessert option. It is fried tortilla wedges sprinkled with cinnamon sugar and drizzled with honeys, chocolate syrup, and dollops of whipped cream. Totally yummy!

The Squash Blossom Quesadilla is one of my favorites as well as pretty much everything at the Ganachary. If you guys ever go over to Disney campground. My uncle works there as the golf cart mechanic his name is John he has worked for disney for over 30 years and is retiring in 2022. He helped make the jeeps for the safari and things like that if you ever want someone to look into for something like that he loves Disney and yeah just thought id share cause he got me and my whole family loving disney and every time I see your guys videos I know he isnt to far from you guys since I live in pa. I’m a carnivore, but those butternut squash tacos and the squash blossom quesadilla looked D-lish! (I’ve had fried squash blossoms stuffed with lemon ricotta cheese, before, tho.... yum 😋) I was drooling looking the iberico pork and the thought of that pumpkin pie shake 🤤. I would definitely love that pumpkin pie milk shake! St Louis has an iconic Route 66 frozen custard shop called “Ted Drewes.” Every fall they have a concrete called “the Great Pumpkin” that is literally just their vanilla frozen custard with a piece of pumpkin pie mixed into it, whipped cream, and graham cracker crumbs on top. Omg I anticipate that thing all year long! It’s soooo good!
Arizona is the same. We don't feel any crisp weather during the day until after Thanksgiving and into Christmas. We filmed a video on AZ autumn Sunday and it was near 90 when we did our corn maze and pumpkin picking! 🥵

I’m so jealous!!! It looks so nice down there, I miss that beautiful Florida weather. My Disney trip came and then left... I was only there for 3 days though, so we couldn’t really stop to enjoy things. It was my first time back in six years but hopefully it won’t be that long of a gap again, I want to go back next year... and longer than three days. ❤️❤️
