Yep they need to revisit their darker shades, all other skin tones have neutral shades it’s just the darker section that doesn’t. To tell the the truth I feel the beauty industry is still learning how to formulate for darker tones.

Love the new into & outro! This is not a foundation for me! I think powder foundation is tricky to work with and isn’t pliable like a liquid or cream. Perhaps I’m not using ( powder ) it right. Thanks for reviewing it for us, it looks really good on you! 💕

Yeah I think it will be better for me as a setting powder but I'm going to try it again for my next video as a foundation powder but maybe tweek it abit Thank you for the love ❤️

My Fenty Soft Matte will be here tomorrow or Tuesday, and I got the shade 430 which is my shade in both of the liquid foundations, so I am hoping that it works out for me like it works for you. Your skin looks Gorgeous in your last check in, the shade looks natural, I can see the blurring that is one of their claims, so I’m excited and crossing my fingers that I don’t have to exchange it for a different shade.

Loving the new intro!! I love Riri (huge fan of the matte liquid foundation) but I can't with the price. I was hoping we would get the same amount as the MAC Studio Fix powder (15g) but we don't. So idk 🤷♀️
Hey girl! 🙋🏾I think the foundation looked good on your skin - nice undertone & it applied well. I'm still traumatised from 2 or 3 MAC Studio Fixes *breaking in my bag & destroying the lining* 😩 so am always wary of compact /powder formulas! It Is weird that it broke down so quickly, especially on normal/dry skin tho...? 🤔 Anyway Tfs - & ❤️ the intro & outro, my little man was up bouncing to it! 🕺🏾😂😘
😂😂aww bless him❣️ I don't like Mac studio fix, I feel it's too heavy when I used to use the liquid foundation, so I didn't bother to get the powder version 🤣🤣 Thank you so much for watching sis ♥️
@@miss.sydz91 yep the Studio fix was heavy 😖 - it's one of the reasons I moved to mostly just adding a powder with my concealer. I'd love a lightweight, non sticky, stick/compact foundation that dried down, didn't feel cakey, but wouldn't look too dewy either... 🤔 Lol, sounds like a lot of asks now I write it down! 😂😉
Yeah, I always get 445 🤣🤣. It doe's say olive undertone but it doesn't really appear that olive on me 🙈 it's weird how things shows up differently on other people 😅 Thank you for the love sis 😊💞

I loved the finished look! I usually wear 450 in the matte foundation, but got a lighter shade because of other reviews I’ve seen. But the undertone is too red on me! So, I’ve ordered 450 now 🙄. I went through trials and tribulations in finding my shade in Fenty lol. I started out using powder foundation first, so I am excited to get this one. BUT, if the new shade doesn’t work, I’m leaving it be lol ❤️

I have tried it that way and I prefer it. Alot of people say we should technically apply creams/liquid before powder to help with the application and the bending, but that routine is not for me 😫😫 But trying the powder first then the other products afterwards worked out ok, but I'm still a liquid foundation person ❤️
Clicked this so fast!! I’m so interested to see your thoughts on this foundation. I tried mine in the shade 440 and found out that for dry/combination skin, applying with a loose fluffy brush made it look gorgeous on the skin. I just wish I got a different shade 🙃

Exactly!!! £27 😫 I feel you, I would probably go lighter in that case. Double check on fenty beauty's website because they usually provide the undertones for each shade Arghh so annoying
First time I can say I preferred the look after 9 hours, usually you look #hotoffthepress no matter how long you've been wearing it. Its the first fenty foundation I've really wanted but finding my match is just long. I want... no I Need those lashes tho Sis! So flattering and not too thick 🤩

I like the into and outro! Also the foundation looked nice on you, but depending on a persons skin type, the foundation could be used in different ways. Xx
Just supporting the channel. I have no intentions on using a powder foundation. Soft matte is not my skin friend. I would give my dry skin extra dewy if I could!😭😭😭
The Fenty Beauty foundation powder does look beautiful on you. I even liked it way better when it acutally set in your skin after wear test. I do agree after using it 3 times off camera that I like it but I'm not in love with it. If I were to compare it to my too faced foundation powder \ my usual CT all over powder it would fall behind them but overall once again another great review doll .xx

considering this, i wanted to ask if u think it would work as a setting powder, as a med girl whose south asain i find that my powder will take away from the coverage of the concelear (i fat big ass dark circles) and i was kinda considering getting this as a setting powder over concelear ? what do u think lol btw: i enjoy dewy skin but i find the what it dew mist by fenty brings back that glow even after setting the undereyes lol
That's a good idea! I only would use a setting powder then maybe use a Charlotte Tilbury airbrush powder only because the powder is finely mild and doesn't have alot of coverage but I'm going to try it though it might work 😃
