On my first night of using this Fitbit I was woken up in the middle of a dream so I thought “this is a great chance to see if the sleep tracker can accurately see when I’m in REM sleep” Surprisingly it showed that I had just entered REM sleep, so that instilled a lot of confidence in me on the accuracy of this device
I got the inspire 3 for Christmas and I love it so far. The battery life is nuts and it’s accurate compared to the Apple Watch that my mom let me try for a bit. I love how light it is on my wrist. Only thing is the watch faces are ugly except for a select few and they don’t have a hockey workout mode for when I want to track my calories well on the ice. Other then that I love this thing so much. You get what you pay for (especially when you get it on sale)
@@JPOGame I love to use it to track my sleep as I have trouble sleeping. I mean you do have to look at the features and see if anything seems interesting. But I went for it because it was my first watch and I wanted to see how it was. I love it so far and I love all the extra details it gives me on my sleep
Agree. Things like the mi band aren't even worth mentioning since they collect wildly inaccurate data in nearly every area. They're basically gimmicks at that point.
It was unreadable to me until I found out that you can increase the brightness to the max. This has way more features than I really wanted. All I really care about are steps and heart rate.
I just got mine and I love it. Definitely there's other bands like the Mi 7 ], but there's no band lighter than a Fitbit Inspire 3. I can't feel that I'm wearing it.
I wish that the different clock faces were shown and discussed. I’m curious what are the different watch faces for this and whether the stats heavy clock face is still there.
The watch faces aren't great. There's 21, over half look pretty much the same. And no stats heavy watch face or weather/temp. Most faces lose either the date or any of the fitness tracking. A let down from my past watch, and I love the look of the mi bands and all the info they show at a glance. But the inspire 3 does a lot more accurate tracking.
I'm thinking about getting this because I've had Myocarditis, and I'm always worried I'm having a heart attack. The heart rate, heart beat detection, and blood oxygen detection will help me calm down knowing I'm okay
@Issac thorpe you know what, I’ll probably buy the inspire 3. Just because it’s slimmer. I wanted an oura ring at first because it’s so minimalistic, but due to the fact that is nos that accurate that’s why I’m going with the inspire 3 👍🏼
I have a Samsung 4 watch and an Inspire 2, and I actually LOVE my fitbit WAY more! Since using it, I've lost 20 pounds! Sorry husband for buying The Samsung for me!😬
Maybe I’m missing something but what does an apple watch do that this doesn’t do? I think for $100 this seems like a great deal. The Apple Watch is like what $600 that’s crazy compared to this!
Mike, In the heart rate tracking test you shown a graph that overlayed the fitbit vs chest tracker rates by seconds. Would you please let me know how you do that? I had tried the Fitbit exporter but it only appears to export data by the day, definitely not useful. Second question: Is there a tracker size device, not smart watch size, that now includes EKG tracking that you were recommend? thx
My grandpa wants a smartwatch, but he is not good with tech at all so I wonder if it’s possible to turn off/remove some of the settings on the watch to make it cleaner and easier to understand? He’s 93 and wants to be more active Thanks in advance
Hallo, thank you for your video. My smartphone doesn't support the Fitbit app, do you know if it's possible to control it også from a pc with Windows 10?
Does it have calorie burnt tracker.. like you have set a certain goal to burn your calories and it tells you how much you burned? Pls reply. Thank you!
This is sold by google, and yet it will not connect with my Samsung flip 4 Android phone, I even tried to set it up in the parking lot of the place that I bought it before I got to the gym, it didn't want to connect I brought it back inside to the store they tried to connect it didn't work, opened a new box with the new inspire 3, same BS, read some reviews saying the Android 13 update will not allow certain phones to connect, is anybody else having this issue with an Android phone or a flip 4?
@@JPOGame I got a free subscription with the purchase of my Fitbit for a year. I had to sign up for it. Now it tells me my oxygen saturation, heart rate variability and quality of my sleep, etc.
Hello, what about the notifications if the phone is in silent mode (only vibration enabled)? Because I read that the notifications don't work in that mode... Thank you.
Everything these days need subscription. In future subscription maybe we will be back at stone ages looking at sticks stuck in the mud for the time. For the calendar, we will need to carve out the Mayan calendar in the house
I've bought the Luxe last year around the year it came out, around Black Friday where Fitbit also discounted it to around $99.95. Now, it's around $79.95 because the Inspire 3 came out and maybe they are thinking of pushing out another new product (Luxe 2). Luxe compared to Inspire 3, functionally, they are identical because they have similar specifications. I don't think that even justifies the new released verison (Inspire 3) because there's nothing new to offer even features-wise. Accuracy is probably the same as all of their product lines which is not great at all. Fitbit being owned by Google has a lot of work to do with app integration with other apps which probably will end up Dead on Arrival like most Google Projects. Though that is not a complete letdown, it just shows how much effort Google is doing on their end even despite it been a few years since their acquisition. Google Fit isn't really any good compared to Fitbit's own app though if they synced each other and were more integrated, it can cause less headaches and more consistency. Trying to use Strava's heart rate sensor doesn't work cause the Fitbit sensor isn't allowed on their app so that an example of what they can work on to integrate their sensor/features onto other apps. I have not used the subscription yet because I do not feel like it's necessary to use it and I do not like the subscription model that forces you to pay for your data that you generate. It seems like they just keep releasing these new products and only offer slight improvements to specifications which doesn't really justify the price increase at all. It's just to FOMO people getting the newest thing and you will do plenty fine with the previous generation at least. The most important thing about these fitness band is not the product itself, but how you are using the product for your goals. If you don't have any clear cut goals in utilizing most of the features, it's just a watch at that point.
Does the device auto detect my exercise, cycling/walking, or do I have to start tracking? Can this be started in an easy way? And: Is the sleep analysis and workout trackint sufficient without paying for premium? Thanks a lot!
Unfortunately the inspire 2 bands do not fit the inspire 3. They are slightly different, not alot but just enough that you can get the inspire 2 band in the inspire 3, but it slips out. I went from the 2 to the 3, and am now in that boat, because I can't wear the silicon bands.
The values measured during the day can be checked in app, once it synchronizes with the Inspire 3. In app, there are graphs, plots, hints, scores etc. From time to time U turn on the Bluetooth and need to sync the data. This app is good as it explains the data and helps to understand how to improve your scores.
1:20: I hate the pins. Sucks that they kept that idea. Living the yellow/orangw colour tho 9:10: you're so organized and detailed. 10:20; who wants to keep paying for the same product. 🙄 Thanks for this.
The small decide and screen 👽🤩😍😍😍😍😍 Its fucking smooth I just got an amzfit I wanted the X and it menus for years ,befire it was created and even excisted, but it's a big big as 24/7 device .....its on the line. Since i wear everything 25/7🤔 It shows also stats because of the sise, the software is top! But this fitbit is like a James bond smartwatch 25/7 365 days watch always if you get it, that why the lose weight. Should only have usb A charging and 2 weeks and you never have to take it iff
So i have the fitbit inspire 2 and i got the bands for it but i want an upgrade. Does anyone know if the bands for inspire 2 also fit the new inspire 3?
No, they do not. I have both, I got extra bands for the Inspire 2, which do not fit the Inspire 3. They look like they might but the dimensions are not the same. And there aren’t a lot of bands available for the Inspire 3 yet.

Luxe is heavier because I think it's stainless steel frame. Also battery life is less. I was trying to decide between these two also and went with the inspire. Also the inspire has the clip feature mentioned in the video. The luxe doesn't.
The app is free but also comes as a premium option, obviously you won't get all features if you go with the free option, you'll need the premium version for that which comes as a monthly subscription

Does anyone know if you can set silent alarms on this and if so how many? My daughter is poor at drinking so I'm looking to get one that will vibrate to remind her to drink more water.
Just bought one of these cuz theyre on sale now. Debating if I wanna return it though. This was helpful. Might return it and buy it again next May when my subscription is up so I can get the 6 months free. I think when this first came out you got a year for free. I forgot to cancel my subscription ihad from buying the inspire 2 this year so I got charged so the biggest draw to keep it would be getting the free subscription, which I won't be eligible for again until next May.
