Who else came here because they used a restore point on ocean of games and it still had this issue.

it didn't work for me mine group policy was already set to not configured even then i was not able to see virus and threat protection

i cant delete windows defender in registry editor tried all other methods and they dont work

tried your first video didnt work i tried and followed excatly same still no luck can you please guide me? i have Hp victus Win 11 Pro it was all working fine and i could access virus and threats had some issues to i had to format ( Note i used its original recovery drive to reset to factory setting) now after the rest i cannot access virus and threat protection I have checked all your videos and tried all but seems it not working out for me can you please help me out ? whats more frustrating is that it used to work and after factory reset it stopped

First of all, download all the updates for Windows itself (this actually helped me), if this does not help, then you can try other options

After a few months, I received an Inaccessible Boot Device message trying to start up windows. Interestingly enough, the drive's files were readable and browsable using cmd, but it seemed like windows just could not detect the boot partition. So I chose to do a windows reset and keep my files. This worked, but since then I have had two security messages (Standard hardware security not supported in Device Security, and Page not Available as above). Windows defender cannot scan files via right clicking on files either. Unfortunately this reset did not work, and other fixes suggest to make sure TPM and virtualisation are on, or to switch off and on via the bios. Nothing makes a difference so it seems to be a windows bug in both 10 and 11. The system is malware free. The initial error of inaccessible boot device could be down to my m2 ssd having issues (samsung evo 970 plus) but I am not completely sure. I will probably do a full reinstall at some point after moving everything temporarily to an external ssd, but I am sure the fix above may work for many. Thanks anyway

Hi! I am an avid fan because I learned a lot from your videos. I have a problem in my laptop. I got infected by a ransomware named yzqe. Do you know anything on how to remove it? All of my important files were affected. Thank you very much in advance and more power.

If it doesn't work(didn't for me), do a full windows uninstall To the point where there's no os, no partitions, nothing. All the way to where a drive isn't even recognized. Have a usb windows setup at the ready Have the storage drivers for your pc at the ready on that same flash drive. You then can install the drivers (option available when booting to the windows usb, it'll have a box tick to install drivers for storage) If you do all this correctly, it will install windows without having the issue not letting you access virus and threat protection, it will also make the "hardware.not.supported" issue go away. :) hope that helps. It fixed it for me^

Most of u got viruses so thwre are 3 fixs wait for 2 days and windows on every shut down and start checks for problems second thing u can do is reset ur windows but its not gonna be fixwd after the reset its just gurranted that its gonna work and 3 step is updating ur windows because lateley alot of security problems has been going on with windows
