the dutch flag is wrong in this video, there was never that wreird symbol on the flag, the first official flag of the Netherlands was the "Statenvlag" and it was basically the same flag as the current flag but with a bit lighter blue and the flag was adopted in 1664 but it was already used since around 1500

the brazilian flag is wrong too, we never had that US-like flag until the proclamation of our republic in 1889, and it was only in use for 4 days our real oldest flag would probably be the kingdom of brazil flag adopted in 1822 after independence. though if you include colonial times, the governorate general of brazil's flag from 1549 should be it

Same with the UK flag as the one shown was the kingdom of Wessex. Even England would not exist for another 408 years. If you want to get specific the UK would only be founded in 1801.

That is not the first flag of the USA as we declared independence in 1776. The first flag is called the Grad Union which had a Union Jack in the top left and the regular red and white stripes.

I participate in a US Flag Day ceremony every year that considers the Pine Tree Flag (1775) to be the first US flag, rather than the Loyal Nine (AKA "Rebellious Steps") flag (1767) featured in the video... There were LOTS of different flags in 1775, but we highlight Pine Tree (AKA "An Appeal to Heaven") then the Gadsden (AKA "Don't Tread on Me") then the Grand Union (AKA "First Navy Ensign") as the first three.

In Brazil, that's not the oldest Brazilian flag. That was the provisional flag of the Republic of the United States of Brazil (later changed for Federal Republic of Brazil - our official name to this day) and it was our flag for 4 days. We not only had 3 older flags for the Empire of Brazil, but the flag that came 4 days after the one shown is very similar to the present flag, only with less stars.

The Eagle was the symbol of Rome during the Roman Empire. The symbol changes depending and how many heads the eagle has. A single headed eagle represents the state/country, which is called the German Federal Eagle in Germany. A second head is the Imperial Eagle, which represents the emperor and empire, which at the time was the Holy Roman Empire. Sometimes there is a three headed Eagle The church, the emperor, and the empire. The Eagle is used in all kinds of places to represent this all over the world including the Bald Eagle of the United States.

A few old flags were wrong. Like the brazilian one. The flag that was shown is a barely used flagof the republic but there was an empire before it, and the one showed is not even the firat flag of the republic. Or the old dutch flag that dose not have that symbol. ( sorry for any typos English is not my native language)
